I too was scammed by Archway Trust but never found out right away was out of country firm. Now Mr.  Bailey says I must pay $200 processing fee to get my $500 back!!! Nothing but SCAMMERS

Sorry u got scammed but u NEVER hv to pay upfront fees for a loan..if some one tells u that u do google the comoany first NEVER get a loan from some one out the country RED FLAGS RED FLAGS

I received a contract also but it was from a place called Portsmouth Lending web site Portsmouthlending.org they said I got a loan of $5000 also and the next thing i know I got a call from a Mr Tommy Chairbers of Archwaytrust Financial Services and they wanted $800 plus a transfer fee
todate no loan and he has blocked my calls also
I know I was a fool to say the least but they are very conviencing and they send you all kinds of documentation
so watch out everyone    the scammers are getting better and you can not trust anyone any more
There is also a place called Wesford fnancial out there that will do the same thing to you
send a contract and everything else

This is a scam company do not send money no matter how desparate u may be for tbe money.  ne er send anything to jamaica.  also do not do business witn pietsmouth lending as tnis is a front for archway trust.  i just will have to kiss my money good bye and learn a hard lesson.

Really Hate You Got Scammed But As Stated Below Your Money Is Gone....When Getting A Personal Loan You Do Not Have To Pay Upfront N You Never Have To Send Mobey Via Money Gram N To Another Country That Should Have Been A HUGE Red Flag To You!!

You've been scammed by Jamaican scum. Up- front fee personal loans are NOT legal in the US. I regret to inform you that your money is gone. You will not receive any "loan", and your money will not be returned. The Jamaican parasites are expanding their scams. Usually they play the "fake lottery winnings" scam. But people have caught on to it.
I'm sorry for your loss. You've learned a very expensive lesson.

I applied for a loan online, LISA PEREZ contacted me stating that I was eligible for a $5000. They stated since I didn't own home or have collateral, they would need a security deposit of $500 (refundable or applied to loan) after 90 days.
They faxed me a contract which I reviewed, signed and faxed back. The next step was to send a "Money Gram"
to a "DEVON WILLIAMS" in the amount of $491 plus $9.90(for money gram refundable)
In which the loan of $5000 was guaranteed to deposited in my bank account within 24 hours.
Within twenty minutes of sending Money Gram I received a confirmation that MY MONEY GRAM had arrived. The confirmation call was from  STEVE BAILEY congratulating & to let me know he was handling my loan from this day forward. I was not to call, LISA PEREZ any longer, he was now my
PERSONAL LOAN OFFICER / CEO of ArchWay Trust.
STEVE BAILEY went as far as to give me his personal number also stating the loan would take 24-48 hours to be deposited. When questioned he stated that the lenders backed out due to my credit rating but assured me he could find another lender within a day or two.
Long story short new lenders need an additional $400 for collateral of the loan. Which was sent via Money Gram to another person with a Jamaican name (unavailable at this time)  
3 WEEKS THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED CALLS, I STILL HAVE NO MONEY,  THEY HAVE GONE AS FAR AS BLOCKING MY NUMBER.
I've called from other phone numbers, blocked my number and been able to get through to STEVE BAILEY. He now answers the phone CUSTOMER CARE ArchWay Trust.
Hmmmm... Now STEVE BAILEY says, Mr. Lamb your moneys in your account?
Tells me he will go talk to MARGARET, to see what's going on & will get back to me.
GUESS WHAT ??? There has been no return phone call!
