Scam, trying to get you to call back likley so you get charged.
Its a take on a different type of scam.

Called and mumbled some crap and cussed a bit and hung up. Looked up the number and registers to Jamaica.

Called about publishers clearing house than asked me to be his girlfriend , just hung up and laughed.

I saw the phone number that I did not known. I did not answer the phone.

Calling to congratulate me on winning Publisher's Clearinghouse...........
