I got a call from this # 876-574-5765 at 4am. There was a humming sound in the background. The caller knew my name, but I am 100% sure that I do not know him and never talked to him before. He had a slight accent (hispanic maybe) and talked slow like he was drunk or very tired. He called 3 times in a row.
