Got the call, hung up and he called right back.  Found this site and now realize that it definitly was a scam.

this guy called my sick mother who has colon cancer claiming she won 800k and all she had to do is send him 375.00 and she would get the money and a new car... something needs to be done about this man i just feel sorry for the people who actually belived his b.s. the better business breau wont do anything about it they say to call some one else... let all ur older family members to beware and to hold tight to the ssi checks!!!!!

Just got that call & said i won $800k & a new car. He said call him back at 5:15pm. I'm going to do what eveyone said on this site. It was from Jamaica he ask i di not sound like someone who just won $800k & a new car. The onle new car i see is on the Price is Right with Bob Barker. Like above he kept saying can you here me!

What you had on the end of that line was a dirty,black "Chimpanzee" dressed in filthy shorts and a ripped up wifebeater shirt. He was sitting in a small leanto with chickens/roosters running around (you can usually HEAR them in the background).His "Computer" was a "Etch-A-Scetch" that he was looking up your info on.
They DO use "MagicJacks" registered so they LOOK like they are in 702 (vegas) 775(reno) 305(florida) 256(alabama) and a few others....

got a call from this guy too. thought he said "andrew palmer". he kept saying hello hello can you hear me? i said yes who is this? he said andrew palmer...hello hello can you hear me. thats when i hung up. phone rang again but i hit the ignore button and got on my computer and found this site. i usually dont even answer calls from unknown numbers but my sis is out of town.

I also got a call from the same number saying i won 800 k and brand new car,but i had a choice out of a bwm, mercedez bendz, hummer or esclade. All i had to do was go to the nearest western union and send a refundable $275.00 to get a receipt and the pch people in Laplace were getting the prize van ready and be at my house in 50 minutes.  He called me back two more times, by this time i called to pch to report the scam they called while i was on the phone with the real pch. He told me to tell them thati talked to the real pch i know yall are a scam and not sending yall money.  The third time they called told them the same thing along with the manager i was not send them money. The kept after me to send them money i thentold them after the prize van gets here and gives me my winnings and i western union yourmoney.

Well, I got a call from a man with a Jamaican accent and he told me that i won 800 k cause my name was pulled up in a christmas sweepstakes. He also told me i won a Mercadies Benz... i fell for it, i aint gonna lie. but good thing no one in my family wants to give me the money, cause from the looks of it, i would have gotten scamed... THANK GOD FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE !.

They have been calling me too.  I finally answered and could not understand a word the guy was saying.  I know it is scammers.  So I told him that I could not understand a word he was saying and just do me a favor and stay in his own country and leave me alone.   I hung up.  He proceeded to call me 6 times in a row over a minute ( I did not answer).  He wanted to tell me off and cuss at me.  Not going to give him the the satisfication.  They think us americans are stupid and are crooks.  The government really should track them down.

I got a call today from this man and I stayed on the phone with him so that I can get more information from him. I knew right away it was a prank of course. He could barely talk. After I got tired I gave him a piece of my mind. He started calling me names and I told him he was going to prison and hell. If anyone falls for this crap they are crazy.

I just rec'd the same caller 3 times in a row and told him to stop calling me, but no he keeps calling.  I put call block on this phone number, maybe now he can figure it out.

He told me he was calling from Alabama and worked for publishers clearing house, which I knew it was a lie since my phone showed that it was a call from Jamaica. He said his name was Andre Palmer. I looked up the up phone number on google and found this site. Some one else posted on this site they talked to a Andre Palmer as well. TOTAL SCAM!

Received a call on my cell phone that I had just won $800,000.00 AND a choice of a BMW, an Escalade or a Mercedes in black or maroon. I was asked if I wanted to be on TV or remain confidential. All I had to do was go to the Western Union place closest to me and pay the refundable $350 and the Fed Ex man would deliver my winning ticket "this afternoon." The call was made approx 6:30 pm. He suggested that I give some of the money to charity as I sounded like a good person and that I would be having happy tears in a matter of moments once I went to the Western Union facility. I was encouraged to go right away and then call him in the 20 min it would take for me to get there. He would then provide the information they would need to deliver the $350.00 and I would be on my way. I added his number to my blocked caller list and he tried to call me back but got blocked. He tried to call me the following morning as well.   TOTAL SCAM

I knew it was fake because I don't enter these contests, and when I asked them for the name of the person who won, he just said "we do it by your phone number." I hung up without saying goodbye. October 5, 2011, this man called my cell phone four times.  I dialed the number back not realizing that it was an international call.  He told me the same trash about winning $800,000 and a new car.  When I asked him how he got my number, he said it was as a result of me shopping at a big retailer.  I told him to have to have a nice day and hung up.  If you receive this call, beware and do not give your information out.

Justs received a phone call from this man who said that I had won $800,000 AND that I had won a choice of a high level car.  All I had to do was to go to walmart/Western Union and send in $212 (which was refundable).  He said all I had to do was to send the money and it was completely refundable.  THEN, he wanted to know who I banked with.  His name was Andre Palmer form th Andre Palmer Winner International Sweepstakes.  Total scam.  Beware.

I got a phone call on my cellphone, said 'jamaica', and I didn't answer it, because I didn't recognize number. They didn't leave voicemail, and I'm supposed to be registered on national 'do not call list'...

Just wondered if this is some kind of 'bad' number, or what?
