We also received a call from this number. Probably the same gentleman. He said we had won $850,000 and a new Mercedes. We were also told to buy a cash card to pay the $300 storage fee for them holding onto our money. We filed a report with our local PD. When he called again the next day we told him the police are probably looking for him - he kept asking for the cash card number. We hung up. He called back 4 more times. I answered the phone and I told him I had some choice words for him - Jihad, bomb, infidel. I explained that surely the NSA is going to ping off of one of those words. I then told him that since it sounded like he was driving, he was likely pinging off a couple of cell phone towers so they should be able to track him down easily. He asked to talk to my husband - as if he would still somehow get the money out him. I laid into him and told him how awful he is for doing things like this.He hung up.

About an hour later, he called back - from the same number - and said he was someone else from the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Isn't impersonating an FBI agent a federal offense?

Sad part is - he's going to get away with it. He's going to continue to scam people who are desperate or who don't have the mental faculties to think these things through. Local PD said no one - local, state, or federal - has the man power to track down these jerks who ask for a little sum at a time.

A may called me from 876-588-1832, saying his name was David Walker and he had a strong, Jamaican accent. Claimed he works for a company called Winner?s International, and claimed the address of the company is:

This address doesn?t exist, and is clearly false because Las Vegas zip codes always begin with 89, not 70. I lived in Vegas for 5 years. Also, a street called Blvd Ave is a bit suspicion. Anyway, he wanted me to go to Walmart and buy a prepaid Green Dot Moneypak, reloadable card, and then scratch off the and give him the number over the phone. Then the UPS would deliver a new black Mercedes and $250,000 is cash to me because I won this by shopping in Walmart. I never shop in Walmart.
