Just received the 3rd phone today on my cell phone which I have registered with the Federal DNR and I'm getting ready to report as such. The 3rd phone call gave the 'crap' about buying the *&&^^paper from the IRS and I told him (male voice and I already suspected W. Indies) that I figured this was a scam. Third call finally showed a phone # - 8762627478. I've reported the first two calls in person to my local cellphone/mobile phone provider, Pleateau.tel.

SCAM CALLER!! There are a number of scams operating out of Jamaica these days. The most popular one right now is that you have won a prize from Publisher's Clearing House, MegaMillions or American Cash Awards among others. They want you to either get a Green Dot Card or wire them money via Western Union to a Jamaican address to "release" your prize(s). Total scam. No contest requires you to pay up front to receive a prize. Any taxes due to the state or feds are deducted at the time you receive your prize.
If you really want to make the caller mad call him a neegle yeye (pronouced yuh-eye). That means "needle eye" and is Jamaican slang for female genitalia. Be prepared for a torrent of profane language.
