This is a huge SCAM!  I did some research and found out this number belongs to an outfit that calls themselves American Sweepstakes.  According to several comment on different websites this guy tells you you've won a huge amount of money BUT you have to pay to have it sent...ranging from $350 to $1500.  If you try to "meet" with them they don't show up and if you try to call them they don't answer and their voice mail is full so you can't leave a message.  PLEASE WISE UP AND DON'T FALL FOR THESE SCAMS.  This one is an old one.
