You have 3.5 Million dollars by entering a drawing at the grocery store. The caller is named Dwayne Green and requests a $750.00 Western Union transfer to receive a reciept number that will match her number on her prize package. Then she will receive $300,000 cash and a cashiers check for the remaining 3.2 Million dollar balance. At one point he claimed the $750.00 was required by the IRS. And after 3 days of harrasement he agreed to pay half of the $750.00 so she wouldn't miss out on her prize. Betty's son has called Dwayne to ask that he stop harrasing Betty and also her grand son a police officer has called asking he cease and desist. But he still calls and harrases her with no fear of retribution, possibly from a foriegn country. The only thing that seems to have an affect is to call the person back repeatly every few seconds basically tying up his phone line.

James Monroe has repeaatedly contacted my 82 year old grandmother and claims his company, Canadian Winners International, has chosen her as the second prize winner of $250,000.00 and wants to deliver the cashier's check to her and a US Marshall will escort her to the bank to deposit it. Everytime you ask hime questions his story changes a little. She keeps telling him she is not interested but he keeps calling. Anyone can call that number and he answers. He claims it is not a scam. I've checked out the number 876-839-1650 and it is a Jamaican area code.

Repeated calls, claiming $ 5,000,000 winning. They want a check for $ 599, and to meet me. Gave the name "James Mason".
