This is a con man calling people in the States from Jamaica.  He tells people they have won thousands of dollars, tells you the IRS will be giving some one some info about your winnings and then he asks for very personal information.  I gave him no info, however, I think my information must have been sold because less than 2 hours after I denied this guy, I started getting unauthorized charges on 2 of my credit cards.  Have reported this to the local authorities.  (Luckily, I have fraud protection, so the moment I saw the charges, all made today, after I spoke with this douche, my cc company marked them and is in process of disputing and refunding).  May be in conjunction with people in Vancouver, BC as one item was to be shipped to Vancouver, while the other item was to be shipped to Jamaica.  

Had I not had to check my credit cards prior to last minute holiday shopping, I may not have caught these charges within an hour of them being made.
