Steve Anderson called me telling me I won 5.5 million and a Benz from pch I told him when he shows up with the big 'effin check and cameras then I'd believe him!

Just had a missed call from this # on my I phone and it showed Jamacia. Sent a message to wife and kids instructing them to ingnore the call.

Some dude called from the "American Megamillion" something or other. I told him to lose my number and hung up. Then, I looked up the area code 876 and its from Jamaica.

I just got a call from this number! The guy used the name John Peeirt this time. He told me that I had won 1.5 million and a pearl white 2013 Mercedes Benz. When I asked how I knew this was real he directed me to Google the Mega-Millions jackpot. When I told him I don't gamble he said that it was just a give away for shopping at Wal-Mart, the Dollar Store, or other similar places. He told me a lawyer (Linda Olive) was going to come to my house with a briefcase and the car and asked for my address. I asked him what information of mine he already had and he completely skirted the question. He gave me all kinds of fake delivery numbers, even a number for the briefcase! Then he started asking all kinds of personal questions. He, as mentioned before, directed me to go to Wal-Mart and fill out a "Green Dot MoneyPack Paper Card" (spelled every single letter for me because at this point he was beginning to think I was a bit retarded) for $185. He told me that I couldn't tell anybody at Wal-Mart about this because if I did they would overcharge me in taxes. I found this site and convinced him that I was headed over. Then he gave me his number and told me I needed to call him back immediately. I'm not calling!! These posts saved me a trip to Wal-Mart and the talk with the Manager I was planning. This is a little scary, though. How did he get my number? He must have looked up the area code or something because he knew what state I am in, but got the wrong city (when I told him I didn't live there he changed the story and said they were making a delivery in that city first). All the same, don't fall for the scam.

I got a call from this number saying he (Mr. Green) was from Publisher's Clearing House, I won a car and 1.5 million dollars but I needed to pay the taxes on the car. So they wanted me to go to Walmart or Walgreen's and purchase a greenback card. I knew right off by the heavy accent that it was a scam, I could hardly understand him. Wasn't just a scam, it was obviously a bad scam.

this is a scam number saying you won money and all you have to do is put money on a greenback card!. they will take your money off the card and you will get nothing in return. there are many different numbers but all with the jamaica area code of (876). Im sure it will eventually change because so many people are finding out about the scam. so if someone calls you claiming you won money from anything and tells you to put money on a greenback card or any other card DO NOT DO IT! save your money because they will take it and you wont get anything in return besides heartache!

Not sure guy was middle eastern sounding and was rude when I asked to be taken off his list.

This number called my phone and when I called back they cursed me out.
