I recieved a call stating that I won Eight Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand Dollars and a brand new 2012 of my pick. I was told that I had to pay $450.00 for a green dot scratchable re loadable card from Wal-Mart. Then not to tell wal-mart what this card was for.  He was acting nice but annoyed.  He called seven times and he identified himself as Michael Rocha.  He left a very verbal threatening voice mail saying that he was going to kill me and rape my family memebers and then kill them.  He was very irrate and cussed alot and was very scary angry individual. He stated that he could find me and my family he had our address and demanded that I send him the money.  This person sounds like he is a very mental unstable person.  He uses an accent when he speaks like people from India or afganistan.

My wife just called me and told me she received this phone call on her cell phone. They also said they were with UPS and need delivery confirmation for $75,000 and a new Navigator. They claimed we had won it by using our debit card at wal-mart or target.

well we got da same call today as well from da same number N name......N he don't know who he is messing wit dey don't know us native american's......but he do a scam on us we would like to do da same to him so he can get busted as well

answered but didn't exchange any words, I just listen to who ever it was "this call is from Mesa UPS, hello? hello?" second time they called my number.

Got a call from Michale Roussre today what a scam artist he told me the same thing that I got a package from UPS and that I won a range rover and 780,000 dollars

These guys have called me twice in the last 10 minutes... I'm not picking up and they're not leaving messages.  I applied for two jobs on craigslist this morning -- I hope this isn't a scam as a result of that!

I got a message from Micheal (Rousre?) today, and from the message I knew it was a scam. I called the number so that I could get more information when I was reporting this scam. He then told me he was from UPS and that a truck was out trying to deliver my "prize" of 450,000 and a Lincoln Navigator. The government had already paid 95% of the taxes on it and I only need to pay the 5% (which he claimed would only be $350) via Western Union. I had argued with him about that wasn't the way things work with taxes on prizes and at that point he would not tell me where I should send this transfer to with Western Union. I never gave him my name, and when I asked well where is this truck taking the prizes? If he is really with UPS everything should be in the computer in front of him, he then told me that I would have to call the truck to find out where they were delivering it to. I told him that I would call UPS to find out, and hung up on him.

So just so everyone knows you can report these scams with the Federal Trade Commission at http://ftc.gov/ also you can call your local FBI office and they will take a report too. They won't be able to catch these people if no one reports them.

I received a call from this phone number, a man (whom I barely could understand) left a vague message about "some package".  Of course I did not return the call.  This is upsetting as i have "no solicitation" set for my phone, why can't anyone catch these thieves?

I got a call from Mike Rocha today saying I won a bunch of money for paying my utility bills on time. Thank God for google. This area code is from Jamaca. Please don not call him back. You may encounter a long distance fee that is outragious.

I just got the same call, they left a message on my voicemail.  I called UPS directly and they confirmed that it was not them calling.

Got a call from this # too telling me they had a package for me from UPS...I knew it was wierd because I have never received a call from UPS about a package before!! And he kept saying "OK?" Weird!! Obviously this is a scam!!!

same call, same number, same fake UPS message ... pretty obvious it was a bogus call but a phone scam was new to me

This phone number called and said they had a package from the UPS store and tired to get my address.
