Yesss they are scam callers trying to get your money

Caller was a man and had a foreign accent.
Did not speak until after I said 'hello' multiple times.
Claimed to be calling from Publisher's Clearinghouse.
Told them to remove my number from their calling list, and I hung up.

Caller claimed to be family and needed help as just got out of prison.
