Keep hanging up on them or better yet DO NOT answer them!!!.....Call and alert others so they are not scammed...They prey on the elderly!!

Received thtee calls july 3 and two more july 4. They want me to buy a prepaid card for two hundred dollars  to present to the group presenting  acheck for one mjllion dollars that i won on a publishing clearlng house contest....i hung on them again

They call me about every 2 weeks. I called the Sheriffs office and they said there was nothing they could do.Whatever you do do not call the number back as it will only make matters worse, If you have caller id do not answer the phone. the number is (876) 887-7060

This number has been calling for the last week saying I won 55 million dollars and a mercedez. i know it's scammers and have advised them to stop calling but they woun't stop. What can be done?

Yes I recieved this call just now...and he repeated to call me back after I said no!!! stop them please!

I got the same call,but they wanted me to spend 225.00...SCAM!! watch out!!!

They continue, now it is half a million and a Mercedes  - a prize from Home and Garden. You just have to buy the Green Dot Money Pak and give them the 14 digit code (so that they can withdraw the money). SCAM!!! These people should be fried.

They are still at it. Same phone number and Jamacian accent. Same scam, (Publishers Clearing House). I had a great time laughing at him on the phone! Let him know that his number will be forwarded to the FBI's international fraud unit.

I returned a call from this number and the gentleman told me he was calling on behalf of Publishers Clearing House, said I had a cheque waiting for me for 555 million dollars, he said I would need to go to Walmart to the Western Union and pay $2500 for a receipt for the payment, when I told him I did not have $2500 nor did I have a credit card to put it on he said "why didn't you tell me you have no money" but insisted that it was not a scam when I suggested it was....that's when I hung up...beleive it or not he called back and I did not pick up.  What's this all about????

I got a call fom a guy with a heavy Jamaican accent, Insisting that everything was on the up and up. They were at the internaional airport in my state and were on their way to me with a check for $5,000, the first payment from the sweepstakes I had just won. All I had to do was go to Walgreens and buy a Green Dot prepaid debit card and put $505 on the card. I needed to buy the card for security purposes because they could not travel around the country with all  that money.
