Received two calls from this number, and they ask for me and they say I've won some money. I think it's a scam.

Obvious scam.  PCH usually never calls when they give out prizes; they just come to your house and give you the check.  There are, however. some scammers who will come to your door and pretend to be PCH; keep in mind the the real "Prize Patrol" never asks for money.
These Jamaican scammers have become so pernicious that Project JOLT had been launched to eliminate them.  From the FTC website:

"Partnerships among law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and Jamaica are making it tougher for cross-border scam artists to ply their deceitful tricks. The organizations are cooperating in an initiative called Project JOLT (Jamaican Operations Linked to Telemarketing), sharing information, investigators, and other resources; gathering consumer complaint information; and contributing to the legwork involved in building a case, including surveillance and interviewing victims. As a result, fraudulent telemarketing operations in Jamaica are being exposed and shut down.
"People who report complaints about cross-border telemarketing fraud are providing information that is critical to putting these boiler rooms out of business. The FTC enters consumer complaints into the Consumer Sentinel Network, a database and investigative tool used by hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad. If you experience telemarketing fraud of any type, report it to the FTC. Visit www.ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357)."

And I thought I was the only one getting a BIG check from PCH, HA.

I can only suggest that you get caller ID and don't answer calls from people you don't know or people you do not want to talk to.  I also had to get Privacy Manager so callers can not block their numbers.

It's a shame that we have to spend about $200 a year for own privacy issues.

Have been constantly harassed from telemarketers calling from this number - I hang up on them but they call me 20 to 25 times a day.

Telemarketer
I called this number 876-892-2601 after receiving a voice mail asking me to call back as it was an important message from the immigration department.   Not knowing what it was, I called the number and was told to wire money.  I hung up but since then, I have been constantly harassed from different people again asking me to wire money.  Sometimes they call 25 times a day, at all hours.  Sometimes they say they are from the FBI.  I am an American citizen born and raised in the USA, and both my parents were born and raised in the USA so I am sure this has nothing to do with immigration nor the FBI.

I have contacted AT&T but they say there is nothing they can do to block the calls as they are coming from an International phone number.  AT&T told me to get a new phone number but I have had this number for 45 years.

Does anyone have any ideas?

My mother received several calls from this number and a couple of other 876 numbers in Jamaica and ran up huge international long distance bills.  I did not realize she was doing this.  The caller told her she was going to win a lot of money.

I am sure it is a scam.

My mother received a call from this fellow representing that he wanted my mother to wire him $110.99 (registration fee) via Western Union from any Walmart.  He identified himself as William Cooper.  The person to whom the money was to be sent to was Viola Fraser.  Be careful.  This is a scam.  The return call number is 876-892-2601.
