Here is a my way of fighting back,, If you have their number to "apply or contact" Dial it, When they answer, hangup. Then hit redial, repeat as many times as you can. If all of us did this maybe they would get the message. I also used the fax number for rapid weight loss (775-201-0222) & returned all his faxes. (be aware this might be a charge call)

Got about 5 of these faxes today, one right after the other. As stated in other messages, calling the # to have them removed does no good.

Sends junk faxes regarding affordable healthcare. I had to shut off my fax machine as they were calling every 30 minutes. Does no good to call the number (866 851 0812) they provide to get your number removed from their database. I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
