Debt collecting lawyers.. going under several names:
Foster Garbus & Garbus,
PCS (Prefessional Credit Services)
and now
Global Connect.

Working out of New York State, with call center probably in Canada.
They seem to monkey with their caller-ID with illegal software, changing the ID month to Month.
If they leave a message they will ID themselves as Foster Garbus Garbus.  Usual diatribe bordering
on legal, practice.  Only a law firm/collections agency/telemarketers can get away with this kind of crap.
