This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is ?I?m calling in regards to a personal business matter.? Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.

It?s getting difficult to keep up with all their phone numbers. They call repeatedly asking for a marylyn metz (or joshua metz). I have called them & threatened to sue & they told me I was removed from list. The calls started up again. I called back & got a call may be recorded msg every 15 seconds or so. I kept the line open & finally got a real person. I told them to do a reverse phone number search before they called a number. She said my number was on the list twice & she would have it removed. I threatened to sue again if they ever called me back.

Expressed it was important but proceeded to not leave a number.

ive talked to them..when i was asked about a debt i said i couldnt pay it, the lady i spoke to then asked me if there's anyone i can borrow money from and wanted to know how i was surviving with no money, so i told her my gf is helping me out.  she then askes for my gf name and number..are you serious?!  they want any information from you, dont be too specific or better yet just have them leave a voice mail with an extension number.

this people call me from 3 different number a 254-230-0272, 877-207-6933, and 602-713-0785. They call my cellphone and then don't say any thing and is starting to creep me out because theres only breathing.

I have begun receiving calls on my voice mail to return a call to Pinnacle. I'd never heard of them...I won't return the calls. I have begun documenting the calls and time.

They call continuously and never say anything.  My mother is elderly and this needs to stop ASAP!!!!!!Q!@

I received multiple calls from this "company" and they are so rude. They talk to anyone that picks up and starts yelling at them. We had to change our number.

i keep getting calls from Pinnacle Financial and i have no collection issues at all. When i called them they were rude and short with me on the phone and asked personal questions such as SS# address etc.  I spoke with a Supervisor named Doug Koehn and he was beyond rude. He acted as if he could do and say anything he wanted...

Companies such as these need to be monitored and regulated.....

They continue to call and ring.  No response when I speak.

I think there is some manner whereby these collection companies get out cell number that we never give out to anyone.  does anyone know how?  Now they're starting to call my cell.

They keep calling me. So, I have decided to get a whistle ( the kind that your coach in High SChool used ) and when I answer and they start to talk, BLOW that whistle non-stop. HA !! Maybe that will teach the sorry SOB's, plus I will file a complaint.

This number calls me every day almost every two hours. I am 17 this is a new number stop calling.

They keep calling my cell phone.  I called the number back from a blocked number & they don't say the name of the company or anything they just answer, "How can I help you?"  So I knew it was some b.s. then!

Ok so they keep calling me as well and hang up. I tried to settle with this company and they don't even work with you, it's fraud and the don't believe me. Someone used my name and cinfo and charged me a bill that I am responsibile for? No way I don't think so, worse even they aren't even calling me they are calling a frined of mine phones how'd they get that number????

I recieved a call from this number for 4 days. fortunately, I did not take it.

Im serious im really sick of these calls i went to the police department and they say that they are some soap company i mean seriously.. they say that i need to pay god dame bills when i deposited money and they wont stop..... DO NOT ANSWER IN THE BOTTOM LINE THEY ASK ME FOR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER...

If everyone would fill out the online form with the Federal Trade Commission the harrassing phone calls will stop. They have several of both 800 and 877 that they use. Log and date the calls, record them if you pick up, write a DO NOT CALL letter and send by certified mail to: Corporate Headquarters

Ok, so I got tricked into actually answering the phone.  Let me just remind or maybe even help any of you out there that get this calls.  1. Ask your service provider to block the number.  2. Don't answer 3. If it is important enough, they can leave a message. 4. Well, if they don't leave a message, then it isn't important.  5. People like to prank, don't give into them.  6. There is such a thing as "caller ID spoofing". Meaning, a person can change their outbound caller ID to something else. yes, they can actually do that.  I would contact your service provider and have them look into it by telling them that you are being disturbed.  If that don't help, try filing a police report for harassment.  Depending on where you live and how busy the police are, they might actually help you with this.  I wanted to make this short and easy to read. Sorry if I am really blunt.  Just thought it might help some of the people that try to look the same number up.  BIGGEST NOTE!: DO NOT EVER PROVIDE INFORMATION TO SOMEONE ASKING YOU FOR IT WHEN THEY CALLED YOU.  THEY SHOULD KNOW IT ALREADY IF THEY CALLED YOU.  some people like to steal identities this way.  Good luck

Agreed, or at least look into running a credit report on yourself. It's VERY likely that you may have outstanding balances you are un-aware of, ie: identity fraud.

This is a legitmate collection agency and the govt does not protect you against them. Does not matter if your number is "blocked", it's likely they recieved the number from the merchant that is attempting to collect on a debt.

im receaving those calls all the time but no one answers or sais anything, then they just hang up...

I received a call for my husband and went to check in the garage for him.  Returned to the phone and stated he was not there and they basically called me a liar.  He stated he heard him, gee maybe it was the television that I was watching till I was rudely interrupted.  I was so upset, I called back to make a complaint.  The person was so rude and hung up on me.  I called back and the same person hung up, I even asked for the supervisor.  Once again, I called and another person answered that was polite.  Gee a collection agency person that was polite!!!!  He transfered me to the supervisor and he was rude and hung up.  Just because you are calling people for money does not give you the right to be rude to anyone that answers the phone.  Learn some manners and maybe you and your company will go farther.

This is a collection agency.  You must owe $$ to someone or they wouldn't be calling.

I keep getting a call from a company called Pinnacle Finance. They keep calling my house at least 10 times a day and I'm really tired of it. My name is not even listed and they keep asking for me I don't know who they are. I will report this if it continues.

I solved the problem with all these un-wanted callers. It's a program called CallStation. I put them on the blocked list and the computer disconnects the call as soon as it recognizes the number.

I am having my number changed, unfortunately as there is no way to block numbers on Comcast digital Voice. I just got the phone connected.

Was called by this number. Informed caller that person they wanted did not live here but probably fell on hard times. Was informed rudely that its not their problem what happens to people and if they wanted they would arrange to have me 'removed'.

The tone of the man's voice hinted he didnt mean from the calling list but removal in some other way. I informed him that I do not take kindly to threats and would be contacting a lawyer - he laughed and I hung up on him.
