I received almost the same call at my workplace for someone named Lilly Conti @ 1-800-492-1834 "Southwest" is what the automated voice recording said the name of the company is. I too think it is a scam. I left a message informing them not to call my workplace. I don't know who these people are or who they think they are trying to scam; but I am not one of those people who goes around gaining debt. I pay for everything in cash for these types of reasons. Geesh...

has anyone else received a voice mail from this number with a man... Mr. Webb stating that they needed to verify my information due to several charges filed agains them at his office? I have no idea who this would be and there is definitely no reason that i would have any type of "charges" filed against me....

I also received a call from a man named Dan Fischer from this same phone number that also left the same sort of voicemail message stating that he needed to verify my address.  And added (my 1st name), you have now been notified.  This was on Tuesday 3/8/11.

Got a call from Lilly Conti and told me that there were several charges filed against me.  Gave me a number to call.  I called and an automated attendent said "Southwest"  and asked for extension or to hold.  Guy came on told me I owed $500+ for some loan that I did not take out.  Told him to send me documentation and he said they will serve me with a summons if I do not pay now and I will be required to pay attorney fees of $600.  Told him to send me the summons.  Sounds like a scam
