I have been receiving calls from them for about two years now. I told them that I'm on the "do not call" list and they act like they don't understand me. They speak some weird language and right before they hang up they say in English: sorry wrong number in a very thick accent. I don't know what to do anymore. I called them back and of course no one answers. Please help!

Has anyone received calls from them?  They call here several times a day and don't speak English.  I am not sure what language they are speaking, but they are DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!
