This is a scam! trying to threaten me with jail and charges, also called my mother in law and told her i had charges filed against me as well. told me if i didnt pay that day they would serve me papers for court and then yet another week passed they called trying agin another week a diff person, they started calling from local numbers, I have been scammed one time because of this same scenario out of almost 800 :( that i later found out was a scam

They called my grandpa who lives 10 states away from us, looking for my mom! This is a scam!!! She has gone to the police! They keep telling her that they are going to embaress her at her place of employment if she doesn't respond! Don't worry, if there was any charges against you, you would be notified by your local police department with them coming to your door! Not over the phone by some bogus company!

The police also told my mom that they can get any information about you! My grandpa that they called, is my father's dad (my parent's have been divorced for 15 years and my dad has been gone for 1.5 years). ANYONE that you have ever talked to online or in your life, they can link them to you and get phone numbers!

They are scaring people into sending them money because they know that jail time scares a lot of people!

They are doing exact thing. Calling a number of a relative threatening charges!

For the last couple of days I have been receiving threatening phone calls from this number
stating that  there is charges being filed against me and some File number also. When I called
them back to tell them to quit harassing me she started yelling at me and then hung up on me
I don't know about you but that sure doesn't sound professional to me.I would seem to assume
this is very much a scam. Beware.........

I have also received harassing calls from this number about filing charges against me. Will have my attorney look into it. They are super aggressive!

same thing here. just called my parents who I havent lived with for about 8-9 years, and one of my old jobs also 8-9 years ago since I worked there..
charges against me, etc...

I don't know who they are but I'm assuming whoever it is isn't any type of legit agency considering they called my 90 year old grandmother who I've never lived with and hardly know, just have the same last name and they proceeded to tell her I have "charges against me" it's harassment and totally illegal
