A man calling himself Paul Grey saying he was calling for my Daughter stated that he had a claim against her and that she must call this number. I called the number and it was answered by an automated answering program. The voice told me it was Consolidated.

After being harassed by this "locator" at work, and on my cell phone for the last 2 days last night
i filed a complaint with the FTC and Attorney General; hopefully they will stop harassing me. I called the company and told them to stop calling my job. I also told them if i owe something they need to provide documentation, that i am not just going to hand over my credit card info to someone on the phone if they can't validate the debt. He said he can't send me anything and i obviously don't want this resolved and hung up on me. Wow...this situation is so stressful and i am not sure exactly what to do about it. This debt is not on my credit report and he said it was from 2009, so why am i just now getting harassed?

They just called my ex boyfriend's mom and let a voice mail. I do I get these people to stop harassing my friends and family?

Got a call on cell phone.  Man said his name is Adam Cruz - said he is some sort of PI.  Said something about he has sealed information he needs to pass on to a family member on charges being brought against him from company called CMG 877-212-4529.  Refused to go into details.  Sounds just like fraud call I've gotten in the past.

same thing happened to me, my managers are getting pissed. I called them and said they needed to send documentation of this debt and they said they couldn't because they are the litigation firm and they cannot stop the locator from calling my job. What can i do?

yes that is exactly what they did. They called my husbands boss and hr. I called the police.. His name was joe madina and the girls name was latisha white his extension was 315 but I keep trying to call and its a loop or says he is on the phone. the lady talked to me and I asked for their location and address she said they were in the LA California area and gave me a po box address she was stuttering with the whole thing. how do you sue them? its a load of crap and I told them that

They left a message with my neighbor.  When I tried to call them back to thank them for giving me what I needed to sue them, their phone is a neverending loop that you can't ever speak to anyone.  It says their name is Consolidated.  If they are a real company (which I am now beginning to doubt), then if they called your HR and threatened to serve you papers at work, you can sue them, too.

Do they call your work? Do you know who they are?? They just talked to my HR and was threatning to serve me papers at work(like all bill collectors do)
