These these people called me saying that they had papers that needed to be fair to me when I started asking questions they transfer me to another lady nameyour choice joyce kennedy I told her to hold I asked for another phone so I could record the message as I was trying to set up the recorder she hung up now that I'm trying to reach them back it is saying they do cannot identify the case

Call from this number saying they want to serve me with papers when I have nothing that would even pertain to being sued

Call for granddaughter warrant out for her arrest. She is not in trouble!

Called my son on his cell number today, 12/30/13.  Left a number of 877-214-1813 for me to call back on.  Case number 13Z149830, said they would be out tomorrow 12/31/13 to serve legal documents.  Did not leave a name with my son.

I got a call with the same story as the rest of these people, they were demanding money and felony charges against me. I called the sheriff's Dept and the investigation officer said this is a scam. NO ONE FALL FOR THIS!!!!!!

I received the call yesterday from GSA about a loan. Was given the 18772141813 number to call and give the case number with the z in it. I was supposed to have got a loan from Personal Cash Advance. Dexter Carter wanted me to pay $500.00 to take care of this loan. Told him I did not have $500 to pay. He advised me that someone would be out tomorrow to serve me. And this is a felony charge. I never heard of this place and never got a loan from them. Tried to call them back got no answer.

Yes I also received phone calls at my job, my mom house saying I have a case. When I return the phone call to talk to someone wS put on hold then a rude person name Anthony Cooper state someone kind of loan, fraud . Examine that I did not take out a payday loan in 2009. All payday loans were handle in 2007 when I filed bankrupt .. If they sold it to another collection agency that was their business notice. I would get in touch w/ my lawyer and let her speak w/ them. These people are very rude and have no idea what they are talking about. This is harassment.

just received a phone call from some guy saying he has legal papers to serve to some individual at my work phone which is a collection agency. first, he called from california, i don't reside in cali. your gonna travel states? don't think so bud. i know exactly how this all works. they "shake" to try to get the individual to call in so they can "explain" whats going on and allow them to resolve voluntarily. the debt their calling about is probably valid, however, they're collecting upon it illegally. ask them for a validation of debt, if they won't give it to you, it's not valid and to collect on a debt they need to send you a letter in the mail 30 days prior to calling. also make sure they are licensed to collect in your state. some states it's illegal to take out a payday loan & collect on. they'll also probably tell you that you have to pay the whole thing today or some crazy time frame. by law they have to take any payment arrangement you offer them (even tho they'll deny it) if not they're just out of their money and the next agency will get the money. look up your state laws before calling! good luck guys!

They then told me to call 877-214-1813, when I did  I was immediately put on hold, for 3 minutes the first time, then lauri with GSA management came on the phone, when she did I made her aware that I was recording the conversation and she said that her company doesn't condone recording (what do they have to hide!!!) I advised her I would stop recording then she put me on hold again.  Then I hung up and called back and put me on hold (first for 5 min 27 sec) and now I am on hold again, they won't answer the phone now... So, I say with all this fishy activities, the hell with them... I don't have any debts and this is not a reputable way to conduct business, if they want my money they are going to have to prove I owe it....

I just a phone call telling me that i would have paper served on me about some legal stuff

I received a call yesterday from 323-393-1028 telling me they needed to serve me papers today between 9 & 4.  I was driving, and told the lady I couldn't write down the info she was trying to give me.  She hung up on me.  At 7:30 this morning, they call me back.  Another lady asks if I've spoken to anybody about a case pending against me.  I told her yesterday's conversation.  She then proceeds to give me the phone number 877-214-1813 and a case number.  She says if I want to know what it's about, I would just have to call them.  Never once mentioned being served with papers.  I did notify her that it was only 7:30, and she said according to them it was 9:30.  They are going off of my Texas cell phone number.  I notified her that I didn't live in Texas, and she didn't need to call my phone anymore.  These people are so frustrating!!

Keep getting calls at my place of employment stating that they have a civil procedure against me. A person by the name of Ron gave me a case number with the letter Z in it which is not legit. They also said I will be served a summons within 24 to 48 hours which I know that you do not give a person in advance notice on when youre going to served a summons. These people need to stop trying to get $ out of hardworking individuals, they are full of it and take advantage of the week minded individual so please be careful!

This company has been calling me for weeks. Now I'm ready to talk they keep putting me on hold but keep in mind they are saying that they have legal docs for me. So I started playing on there phone calling non-stop and using rude language since they are so rude. They hated it (lol). I work for a call center and if your are a legal company your calls are record for quality and ensurance.so they called me back from a different number and I had to act so ghetto it did not make any since. They call from 877-214-1813 and 888-983-5404.

These scammers have called my grandparents saying they need to deliver me documents otherwise a warrant for my arrest will be issued. I looked up their supposed company, GSA management and it does not exist. When I called, they tried to get me to give them a portion of my ss# and when I refused they hung up on me. When I called back they did not answer my called so I tried from a different number and they answered. I was transfered one guy who told me it was about a Providian Credit Card account. When I told him it's been 12 years since I had that account he tried to tell me it was closed in 2009 which is impossible cuz Providian Bank was taken over by Washington Mutual in 2005. I told him to go ahead and deliver the summons and my lawyer will be waiting for it. Then he tried to tell me I would need a criminal attorney because there were high end purchases made on the account. It's funny the supossed balance was only $2,100, far from one that would have high end purchases made on it!

I just got this call from telephone number 877-214-1813 asking to speak with John Doe (I'm using John Doe because I do not want to put his name here) and he wasn't here so the woman left a message. She asked me if he would be here tomorrow between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. so that papers could be served on him. (And anyway, what law agency does that when serving papers? No one calls you to tell you they're serving papers on you). Anyway, I told her "maybe". She then left me the number above and gave me a case number with a Z in it and mentioned something about a summon to appear in court. Afterwards I decided to look up the number. I see it's crap. Probably an old credit card from 15 years ago.

Someone just called my husband giving this phone # to call back, wanting to know if he would be home to sign when they serve him with papers claiming that a credit card company was filing a lawsuit against him.  My husband called the credit card company and they reassured him that he owes no money.  He did have an accoount with them before that was sold to a collection agency and has since been paid off.  Scary how they have so much info, they even read his social security # off to him!  He has tried to call the phone # back repeatedly and there is no answer.  This seems to be a huge scam to scare you into giving them $.

Received a call at work from a "civil processor" for a company stating they had civil papers/summons to serve on me.  Gave me a case number and a 877 number and said that he "did not have access" to the actual account information and did not know what it was about.  Told him that this was my work number and they did not need to call this number.  He said he didn't know anything about the case just called to give me the info so that I could "prevent" anything from happening.

My mother in law just received a call from this number for my Dad. The guys name is Bruce Williams said legal documentation will be delivered to my Dads house tomorrow between 9-4. Has anyone spoke to this man or received documentation?

Called my Sister in Law looking for me. Posing as a debt collector and threatening them to serve me papers because of a pay day loan. Yes I do owe a pay day loan but come on really. Third Party lenders can't serve you papers from a different state when you live mile and miles away.

I got the same call from the Server who gave me the 8772141813 number to call back.  I also got transfered to Dexter Carter.  He tried to tell me I was going to be served tomorrow for a payday loan that I had thru Advance America.  While I have had loans in the past I never had one thru Advance America.  He also told me it was deposited in to a Bank One account in 2010.  Bank One was bought out by Chase years before that...so not sure how it was deposited in to a Bank One acct that I have never had.  I asked for debt validation he then told me it was sent 45 days ago and I never responded that's why I was going to be served now and that all my answers would be the papers that I would served by the officer.  I check my mail everyday.  I never got anything from them .  I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  I hope it helps..but I am sure I will still get the calls

just got a call from GSA. they transferred me to a Dexter Carter, once i started asking questions about the company and about the "civil suit" the dude decided to hang up on me. ill called them back and asked for Dexter, i guess they haven't kept the receptionist up to date on their scams, cause she said there's no Dexter Carter that works here. HAHAHAHA!!! freaking do***e bags! Its almost fun talking to these scam artist. they don't expect us folks who are receiving the call to know whats going on.

These people need to stop calling me I check out the referance number and there is no file under my name
