You Are Dumber Than ROCKS. Because They Do Not Ask You For YOUR SOCIAL
SECURITY #. They Do Not Need That To Secure A Plan For You. It Is Not Health Insurance That is Where You All Get It Wrong It Is An " Association Medical Plan" So they Dont Need You SS# Or A Liscense to sell This plan to You. Now If you are Interested In Health Insurance They will Transfer you To A Liscensed Broker Who will Secure A Health Insurace Plan For You. Quit Being so Stupid An Nieve. Good Things Some Times Sound to good To Be True. Quit Listing To Other Peoples OPINONS, Because Thats All They Are!!!!!!

That Is False. They Cant Turn you away For Medical Treatment No Matter what. So u Are Stupid for Believing This Crap That People Post On this web site. The Consumer Health Benefits Association, New Health Choice Is A Great discount Plan For Individuals That Are Unqualifiably Due To Preexsisting conditions Or can Not Afford Regular Health Insurance. I Encourage You to Take The Limited enrollment If They call You. It Includes Patient Intervention and Advocacy. With No Deductibales Or Rate Increases.

I have been receiving calls from this company since I went looking for insurance comparisons online. They won't send any info via s-mail or e-mail. I use to work for a financial advisor firm & handled licensing. To sell Ins. (auto, health, life, etc.) the agent must be licensed in the state they work in (in this case FL) and the state they are trying to sell in. If they can NOT or WON'T give you the license #(s) when you ask for them.....it is NOT truly insurance.

The person who called me told me his phone number was (877) 215-2071.  When I checked my phone log, the call actually came from (954) 970-0393.

When I called (954) 970-0393, the company that answered was "Consumer Health Benefit Association".  The recording gave their website as www.nbchealth.com

If you go to their website the following message appears:

PRICING DISCLOSURE: THIS PLAN IS NOT HEALTH INSURANCE. THE INITIAL MONTHLY FEE AND ONE-TIME PROCESSING FEE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS GOVERNED OTHERWISE BY THE CONSUMER'S RESIDENT STATE LAWS. CLICK HERE FOR ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES AND STATE SPECIFIC INFORMATION

ALSO, when I checked what the program was for mail order prescription drugs, they tell you about HOW to order drugs from CANADA.

THIS IS NOT HEALTH INSURANCE.  DO NOT BUY IT.

I just received a call from David Nole telling me that my application has been approved for health insurance.  As many people before me have stated, when I questioned "who" they were and "how" they could approve me for "group insurance", David Nole kept telling me that this was "group health insurance" that was being offered for a limited time only because they had "not met their quota".  When I asked for something to be mailed to me, he said I would get that AFTER I signed up.  He said that PPO companies do not mail information like the AETNA and BLUE CROSS.  As a Financial Advisor, I asked him for his INSURANCE LICENSE.  He hesitated and said that he does not have a license.  I asked him "How can you sell insurance without a license".  His reply was that he is "certified" because he took a 40 hour course.  As a Financial Advisor, my advice to all of you is that in order to speak to the public to sell investments or insurance, YOU MUST be licensed.  You are not allowed to talk to the public and represent yourself as an insurance agent unless you have taken a test and passed.  Then the state where you are going to do business gives you a license.  BE CAREFUL when people like this call you with a good deal that is "too good to be true", the reality is that it "isn't true".  DO NOT GIVE your credit card or debit card or checking account number to people whom you have never met, who cannot provide you with written information, or cannot give you the number of the company they work for.  I looked up Three Rivers Providers on the internet and I called them.  They DO NOT OFFER INSURANCE to individuals.  Also, for the gentleman named "ME", they gave you the website of the Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company which happens to be a legitimate company, but David Nole does not represent them.  I guess he gave you this company name because he told me that if I sign up I also get a $15,000 life insurance policy for FREE.  As someone who has a license to sell life insurance, NOTHING IS FREE.  This is a way to get more information from you like your social security number and your date of birth.  At this point I told him I was not interested unless I received something in the mail.  He then called me back in 10 minutes to ask if "I called him".

My final advice is that if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, it is a duck.  Scam artists will use the current fears of the day and create a scam to make money.  NEVER buy insurance from a person without a license.  Even licensed people could be crooks and if they are caught, they loose their licenses.  That is why you ask for their license and then go to the state to make sure they are licensed individuals.

For the record, my policy was going to cost $129.00 a month, with a one time up front fee of $129.00.  When I asked if they offered mail order, he said "YES", but when I asked who the company was he told me "I am not suppose to tell you this, but it is cheaper if you go to "Walmart".  Yes, Walmart has a fantastic program for many drugs which you can buy for $10.00 for a 3 month supply, but they do not cover ALL DRUGS.  When I told him that he said "that he did not know that".  I talked to him for several minutes just because I wanted to see how he would answer my questions.

TO EVERYONE OUT THERE, at least this time, the internet is providing us with the opportunity to warn others that THIS INSURANCE OFFER IS A SCAM.  Just remember, the internet can also be used to SCAM people.  Yes, I was checking out insurance companies on the internet and yes I did use E-Health Insurance.  Now, I wonder if somehow someone hacked into the E-Health Insurance company and that is how I got this call.

I too received a call from 877-215-2071 and spoke to Jaimie Steadman after filling out a request on-line for insurance quotes.  What she had to say, and I did keep interrupting her, was "why does this sound too good to be true?"  She continually said it was possible because of them being a separate association not a group so they could provide 100% hospital, outpatient care, doctor visits with small co-pays, a fantastic prescription plan and most importantly no deductibles to be met and covers pre-existing conditions.  Sound familiar to anyone?  I too, requested written info and was told it was not available.  I too, questioned the fee. I too, googled the phone number to find that I was almost scammed.  Thank God for the internet if you want to catch a thief because that is what they are.  In these times, more so than ever before, The paranas are out in full force in a feeding frenzy for our ever decreasing cash flow.  What goes around comes around and I hope they get theirs.  After all this was said and done I googled every other phone number from calls I received and found that everyone was for the same "fake" health insurance.  Lets face it, until changes are made by the government no legitimate health insurance premium will be cheap or even reasonable.

I just spoke with them and I am a Health Insurance agent.  They are not offering real Health Insurance.  They are only offering discount plans which is nothing more than going to the hospital with a 10% coupon and if you can't pay the portion you are supposed to they can turn you away from treatment.

The saleslady that called me from Good Health said their insurance was part of Blue Cross and Blue Shield. When I said they were inexpensive and asked for details in writing she only gave me a Web site to go to and that was nothing more than another form to fill out. She said it was a government program and I asked how could I qualify for what government program? She said It's funded by a government program. I said I will check her Web site and hung up. Now that I think about it isn't it illegal for the government to compete with private enterprise? If that's true I think the government would wipe out all the private insurance company's. This is not legal.
Her offer of $119 premium no one else offers that as an insurance policy.

First of all there plan is $139.95 which is very affordable and yet again, i see no ripoff only that they call you a lot.  I am going to make the purchase since none of you have proved your point and I looked up Gaurantee trust life insurance company and they are an A rated company by AMBEST insurance ratings.  You can go to there website at www.gtlic.com the person I spoke to at Consumer health was very nice and explained the plan beautifully.  I think that if you get offered the special enrollment you should take it!

They called me with this great "health insurance plan" and that I was qualified for the "special enrollment" of $139.95/mo. I kept telling them I wanted more details before deciding and they told me I had to enroll/pay first in order to log on to their website. I was speaking to Jaime Steadman. I told her I would call her back if I was interested. An hour later I received another call from them to see if I had decided. I told them not yet and the man tried for 20 minutes to convince me. I told him his pushiness was suspicious and began to sound frustrated and get upset with me.  Their forceful tactics did not seem to be in my interest and they refused to give me any details about the plan unless I gave them my credit card number. I came home and searched "Consumer Health Benefits" on the internet and have read all the complaints. I am glad I was smart enough not to let them pressure me into a rash decision about a very important thing.
