What does that mean? let's see ... does it mean you're one of the scammers? LOL I'd say nice try but there's nothing nice about it.

A man came to my job and game me some papers to go to court and said I was served. I too called John Miller and he said he could not talk to me because I was served with a summons. What does that mean? What happen if I dont go to court they still cant make me pay.

i too got a called from this number stating the exact same thing and they said i to pay $456.00.  I did write a check to payday advance and apparently it did bounce back in February 2008 I and not sure if legit or not but researching it thoroughly the contact person for me was a John Miller and the organization is Called Atlantic Servicing Group can't find anything online about this company.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER  1-877-215-9025 SAYING IF I DONT PAY IM COMMITTING CHECK FRAUD. IM NOT GOING TO PAY I THINK THIS IS A SCAM IF I OWED ON A PAYDAY LOAN WOULDNT THE CONTACT ME PERSONALLY?
