The fact is, you were defrauded. Being a victim of FRAUD is totally different than disputing a charge. You need to convey this to your credit card company.

You should also file a complaint with your state Attorney General, and let your cc company know you did so.

Trying to get my money refunded from this scam as well. Only problem is I couldn't get a hold of anyone there to ask for a refund until THEY CALLED ME to arrange my dates (which were only available for a phenomenal fee even though I requested way in advance). So now my credit card company is saying it's been to long and it will be very hard to dispute. Oh, and I talked to that same RICH A$$H*L*! What a complete loser. He must have an extremely small (you know what) if he gets off on pushing people around for their hard earned cash! I'm going straight from my computer to the phone to file a complaint with the BBB! Then I will find out what bank they deal with and I will report THEM to the BBB! Then I'm going on yelp and posting there too!

They called and told me I had won a free cruise.  Paid them $95 each for 20 people.  When it was time to book the cruise the agents now want money for port charges and peak season fees o $315 extra.  This company is a fraud please stop them from scamming others.

SCAM. dont believe it. i got the call too, sounded too good to be true so i did some research as well, also asked a bunch of questions when i spoke with these people. if i asked a "rough" question, i was told to hold, and then no one ever came back on the line. i'd get "transferred"  or "disconnected". they really know how to work you. i have a few different numbers... 877-862-9619, 877-222-4759, and 877-264-4549. they also have a couple of (fake) website for themselves... cruiseandlandpromotions.COM and cruiseandlandpromotions.NET. what retards. these people need to get a life and get a REAL job. i hope they have nothing but bad luck with their miserable low-life lives. i cant believe they can get away with doing this to innocent people.

There is a group of us who were booked on a great deal to Ensenada and the cruise was cancelled and now we have been unable to rebook anything without paying for lots of upgrades and port fees and taxes.  I am beginning to think we got ripped off.  Do you have someone you have been in contact with at Your Travel Headquarters?  Is there somewhere we can complain about the service and hopefully get results?
Thanks

I believe their agents are falsifying the taxes and port fee charges for the 3-day cruise from Los Angeles to Ensenada, Mexico. I am told I have to pay $176 taxes and $275.06 port fees for 2 people in order to travel on this cruise. That adds up to more than I would pay total (cruise, taxes and fees) if I were to book this cruise directly with Carnival Cruise Lines. I checked with Carnival and they charge only $44.03 total per person for taxes and port fees. It has been 6 months since I signed up for this cruise and I still don't have a cruise date. They refuse to refund the taxes I paid for or confirm a date without me paying the port fees up front. I doubt there is any cruise. Don't fall for this one!
