I've received several calls from them and my mortgage has been paid off for years and was never associated with Wells Fargo. I would rather report them than spend the time calling them back.

Unless you can send me detailed statements on what I owe ,then quit bothering me.  I have asked for what I owe and proof,  and  they  always say they are sending letters through the mail or they will e-mail me, but they never send anything. They threatened me with my job and everything else. Really don't care.
They are really just another scam.

Called middle of my night (after 9 p.m.) who does that! I may be old and old fashioned but I was taught phone manners. Seriously???

American Servicing Company - same as Wells Fargo Mortgage - same as United Bank located at 3476 Stateview Blvd. Fort Mill, SC  29715  - They process Loan Modification for people and do Loan Servicing, meaning they send the invoices to customers and control payment of taxes and insurance for the customer, Lender and  Investor [Wells Fargo and United Bank]

Got a call from on my home numb- They asked me to call back at 877-222-7875- I think this is a debt collection company.

Actually they are a Mortgage Servicing Company, my mortgage has been held with them for years.  They are not necessarily a collections company.

For calling me at almost 9PM at night.  You suck.  I wish you incurable insomnia.

We have had to send our mortgage payment into ASC via UPS for the past few years, just to make sure we have a RECORD of WHEN they RECEIVE it - So, we DON'T get BILLED for LATE FEES - when they chose to apply our payment as much as 20-25 days later. It happened to us twice before we realized what they were doing, and then they tried it 3-4 times over the following 2 years, without success, since we had PROOF of their RECEIPT !

This company has been calling my number looking for a man I have never heard of, except for their calls. I have been told numerous times they would take my number off of their list, and yet I recieved 7 calls in the last 7 days.

your late after the first read your orginal note. they give you until the 16th to actually put the late charge on the account. it states in the orginal note for the loan "money" that after the 2nd of the month the loan can be put under default and by the 3rd the loan servicer has the right to contact you in reference to this because they are only doing the job the investor pays them to do. not a lot of people actually read the note because they see the keys on the table for the home and the approval all you have to do is initial here and sign there so go and read that then come back on and bi*** some more i would love to correc

I keep getting calls from ASC stating they are representatives for Wells Fargo.  I am not even late on my payments and pay it all by the 15th of the month (I split the payments) and start getting the calls in the middle of each month.  I actually talked to Wells Fargo and asked them about this company.   The rep told me that this company actually is part of their insurance companies that they have for mortgage insurance and other insurance.  She said that all they want to sell an insurance policy to me and that the collection calls would come from an automated calling system.  I don't know if it is true or not but they are annoying as hell.

America's Servicing Company called last night at 1:30 a.m. My payment is not late, it is not even due just yet! Was in a short sale and about to be auctioned but we were able to get it back. Apparently they don't know this yet.

America's Servicing Company is not a debt collector, they are what their name indicates:  A servicing company.  Their job is to collect mortgage payments for lenders such as Wells Fargo Bank, take their cut, then pass the rest on to the lender.  Should you not pay on time (or in some cases, they evem before your payment is due), they call about your payment.  I think the "A" should stand for something else besides "America's", especially after they refused to bail us out of a bad loan, but that's just my opinion.

Called them back, ASC.  Wells Fargo web site shows that they are a subsidiary of Wells Fargo.  We, unfortunately are going through foreclosure, but after calling them back, the representative said that they can reverse the foreclosure which is a little interesting to me since my attorney told me that they can't since it was filed with the local courts.  I question their methods.  Also, the representative informed me, officially, that this was an attempt to collect a debt, which a third party collector has to tell you in accordance with FDCPA(Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) but if they are collecting on their OWN debt, they do not need to follow the rules and regulations of FDCPA.  My point is that I am wondering if the representative I was speaking with had no idea what she was talking about.  That's only my opinion.

Received a call on my home office number stating who they were and that I must be delinquent on a loan.  I said which loan and they said they would have it look it up by my phone number.  Asked to verify my address and my last four of my social.  Then said nothing came up and that that phone number must be associated with someone else and hung up.

I HATE ASC!  I HATE THEM!  And it feels so good to say the word hate in the same sentance as ASC.

This number is for ASC and unfortunately we were sold to them and we have NEVER been in default or been a subprime mortgage.  We got packaged and found out were sold when our insurance company sent us a new sheet showing their name.  THEY are AWFUL to deal with and do not post your payments on time when they are mailed in to them, we refuse to give them access to our account and are now mailing our payments two & half weeks before it is due.  We have a wonderful fixed rate and HOPE we will get sold again soon! But they are annoying and call when you are not behind, they have called us to try to set us up on auto pay.  They call once a month to set us up to make it easier for us and we tell them NO.

Your information regarding ASC (America's Servicing Company) is not exactly correct. Yes they are owned by Wells Fargo. HOwever, their sole purpose is not to collect on delinquent mortgages. They are a mortgage servicing company. This was the 3rd servicing company that we wound up with after purchasing our house and we were not delinquent when it was switched.

America's Servicing Company is owned by Wells Fargo.  They are the collections department for Wells Fargo Home Loans that are in default.

Who is America's Servicing Company I never heard of them or did business with them ?????
