Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.

Just got the same sherry Richardson phone call ( left message ) didnot address me by name if someone was a legitimate licensed process server the would have your name and traceable contact info all they want is for you to call that number " the filing party " in hopes you will make a payment therefore reinstating the statute of limitations ! When I told them the this call was being recorded oh boy did that stir the pot !!! Bogus bogus bogus !!!!

I got this call also. I messed up and called it. Said all lines were busy. Got a call shortly afterwards from another number connected to this one and they already had all info about me! They had my name, address and ss number!

I got same message from Sherry Richardson, scary.

Message from 888-888-8888 (my phone recorded the call as being from Missouri) said "Hi, I'm Sherry Richardson, a private courier contracted to serve you with a formal complaint by a filing party." She went on to say the packet contains a certified notice of intent and is scheduled to be served within two business days, and she needs an address for service of the complaint at my home or workplace. She added that I can contact the filing party at 877-223-7587 if In have any questions. She did not address me by my name -- or any name -- and I've had no dealings with anyone in Missouri so this has to be a scam. I'm not going to call the number given but will post here again if there's any follow-up from these people.

i got the same kind of call just a few minutes ago from the same number. She said her name was Sherry Richardson

Just been called from someone saying she is a private courier , wanting our personal info and to deliver a complaint from what she called a filing party. Talk about bogus! The number is 877-223-7587.

Scam call -- I got a call from 1-888-888-8888 stating to call the "processing division" at 1-877-223-7587 it stated potential legal proceedings and me being served within the next two days. When you call the 877 number they try to get information about you, they ask for the "file Number", you don't have that.. then they ask a number of questions designed to get information out of you. They say "Premium Processing Services" but when asked for an address they hang up. No information can be found on the company and or phone number, checked with the BBB and via google search. Get the word out! Total SCAM.

Phone Call from 202-558-4519 and gave a name James Anderson from Premier Processes.  He was not as threatening as others have been but he said to call back 877-223-7587 Dale Murphy.

When I called the 877-223-7587 I got a phone has been disconnected message.  I usually call to see if they will give me an address (good way to tell if it is a scam of not).  Anyone Reading this remember there is nothing wrong with getting papers served to you. Do not fall for scare tactics they are only used by people looking to scam you.
