I found out it's "Processing Solutions" calling for US Capital Recovery, 7167 S Abbott Road in Hamburg, New York. They think they can threaten you with a fake lawsuit and that you're stupid. They're collecting for a payday loan company and they're affiliated with Wells Fargo and other banks. The BBB of upstate New York has been useless.

"Jordan Baker" from processing solutions called to give me the number to US capital. She had a script about serving papers. when I called uscapital they said they filled a court case against me. I demanded that they serve me my papers, because that's just a threat. if anyone can verify USCapital our Processing Solutions address I'd go visit and talk to them about their threats in person

I received a call from this number on my cellphone and office number today - it came in as Restricted, so I did not answer  I called 877 number and as I suspected it was a third party collection agency.  I called from my office number which is a legal firm without blocking my number, within 10 minutes I received a call back, but caller hung up when I identified my name and company.

The message was left says that it's a mediation firm when ever they leave a message & they are trying to contact some one else asking for information on this person. They left behind the 877-224-2975 number to contact them back at along with a claim number as well.

I have no idea wtf these people want but it seems awfully fishy to me. So plz stop calling.

It is certainly a fke call. It was saying that I have issued some bad check, whereas I have not issued a check ever to anyone in US.

He gave some type of claim number and a number to return the call (the 877 number), which I will not, of course. Glad I checked the internet...

They are a debt collector. Pretending to be a firm who prevents you from going to court. They called for my sister who had a $355 payday loan.  I hung up on them and they continued to call.

they called my job today about processing solutions place and gave my co worker all this info about serving me at work with documents..

This number keeps calling.

Received a call from this number reporting that they could not deliver a package to my wifes father @ his home address. Scary thing is that he had the name and street address correct. Left this number for us to provide to her father so they could arrange for the package to be delivered. Attempted a couple of free reverse look-ups of this number and had no results.

Someone called for an Alicia Lanier about a court case or docket #. No one under that name lives here, and we have had the same address/number for nearly 8 years. They said they have contacted this person multiple times and if the plaintiff does not hear from Alicia Lanier that they will hand deliver these "unsigned" documents. I get the feeling this is just a pesky debt collection agency. Also showed up on caller ID as UNKNOWN NUMBER 000-000-000

The message asks for someone who is not me and says it is about a "returned item" and use the terms "plaintiff" and "docket #," saying it is an "official notification."

32 times in an hour thats a law suite. Its a violation of the FDCPA if you have proof(caller I.D.) than contact your state attorney general office....that violation you described is worth at least 1,0000 in your pocket according to the FDCPA.

I get a call from this number at least once a week asking for someone else and no matter how many times i try to explain that they have the wrong number they continue to call. And they are very rude as well, I got into a shouting match with them because they refused to stop calling one day, 32 calls in an hour!

it was my mortgage company....

So did you ever find out who this number belongs to and what it's trying to collect?
