I have a charge for 1.80 & 13.19 for collect calls that I never received. If not taken off I am going to the authority's to take care of this fraud

They charged me $14+ n I never got to talked to him then he called the next day asking if I want to accept this call it'll be $10 n they still had my credit card info n they said I would just have to put in my zip code .so I did that n only got to talk to him for about 6 minutes..so they charged me almost $25 n I only talked to him for about 6-7 mins!!!

1tel.com is a company that provides "automated operator credit card payment method from over 2,000 correctional facilities throughout the United States"
aka collect calls from prisoners.
There are a few scams, ran by prisoners and their helpers outside of the prison, to trick people into paying for the phones they make from prison.
It you or your relatives truly have no reason to pay for a prisoners phone calls, contact your credit card company and disputer the charges as credit card number theft.
