I have several messages for this company & I never received a return call. I ended up placing a stop paymnet on this company. I bet their a**es call NOW!! They are some damn crooks!

they also have many other names  cash today ltd, ACH cash, all under investigation  in Nevada where complaints have been filed by the FTC  if they call you mention this . Their head office is  Northway House 1379 High road

I too have been scammed out of over $1000 from this company!!!!  I remembered my logon and password once and saw I only owed another $200 so i forgot about the darn thing.  Little did I know and still i am being charged.

WHITH A CALL CENTER HIS NICK NAME IS D-MAN AND HIS NAME IS DAREN HE WORKS FOR PROCALL

They used to say paydaytrans, then the 877 phone number, then if you do not pay in a while(a stop payment) they then say on the statement, questions, call the 877 number. Then they changed it to 866-524-4204, it is still achloan.com

You go to Achloan.com..If that does not work, then go domaintools.com> I have been trying to go thru there main sight and it does not work, so I went in thru the domain sight and that worked..This other sight has good in fo on achloan.com..Hope this helps..

It is on the main websight after you log in, it is in the upper left hand corner, it says home, help centre, customer service, my loans, my info and logout. Go to customer service, there is a area to type a email to them, and later they will respond..I have not heard from them inwhile..I have not paid for a while, they are siffrent, it is tne onlyone I know of with out a address, or a real phone number. I am done with pdl's..Take care, Greg

I took a 200 dollar loan out on 10/29/07 and to date have paid back $980 !!!!! I am disabled and have been out of commission for months. I had someone helping with my checking account, but they had no idea what that was about, and never asked me about it. If I had known that this \"loan\" would continue on for all time, I never would have taken it. I am asking that you consider this loan paid in full, since this company has received an exorbitant amount in return. Doesn\'t anyone monitor these things??? I am sure I am not the first to get duped and will probably not be the last, but hopefully someone there has a heart and a brain and can help. The terms were very clearly explained in the agreement, and the loan has operated exactly under the loan terms. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will waive the final $70 fee and agree to pay the loan off for a payment of $200 instead of $270, We will set that for your next due date to allow the loan to be closed as soon as possible. WELL!  Gesture of good faith My Irish A***, (as my mother would say!).  I am going to wait until next time to make sure it has been taken care of and then I will report them to the BBB.  I hope all of you are able to straighten your messes out too.  What sucks is that I have used other loans of this type and never had a problem, in fact, they were all legit and once you paid the finance fee any additional money was put towards principle.  Next time I will suck it up and ask a family member for the cash!!!

Hi - I hope you read my note, here is the website:  ACHloan.com  Don't bother to call the 877 number, it is a recording.  You just have to remember your log in and password.  Then it will let you look at your payment history, etc, but the only way to get to them is to write them on the "help" page, supposedly they will respond to that, we will see what century that happens in!  I talked to my bank and they are sending me a form to fill out and will treat it like a "stop payment", of course that is going to cost me another 30 bucks!!!  Good luck!  I will come back here whenever i get an answer to see how other people made out!

Wow, this company SUCKS!  I was in a major jam last October and borrowed a paltry 200 bucks.  I was then out of commission for months and had someone helping with my checking account, they never told me that 70 bucks every 2 weeks was being deducted, (they thought it was a legit bill pay).  I could not find the original loan documents and whenever I typed in payday.com, all I got was a thousand other "helpful" sites.  To date, I have paid this company $980 !!!!!!!  I thank whoever posted this phone number because this was the only way I could locate the company!  I cannot believe that someone at this company did not notice this gross oversite and CALL to ask why it wasn't paid off 7 months later!  I will not even comment on the type of people this company hires !!!!!  I did send them a note and asked if they thought the 980 bucks was enough of a payment for them and to please close my account and mark it paid in full, if I do not get a response, I am going to contact the BBB !!!  I hope other people read this and stay away from this company!!!!!

I found out from doing some research that this company is out of Ireland and they are not legal. If you have to change your bank account than that's what you have to do because they will continue to switch their name to one of twenty DBA's and draft from your account. But they will start calling from a 551 area code number and threaten about you being recorded. Just laugh and tell them don't call again and hang up. They won't give up for a while so just hang in there. No one has been able yet to get a phone number or address for them at all.

I have a problem too. I tried to call, and the website is diffrent. I tried to log in and I can not. I just want to pay what I owe..I put a stop payment on them, back in March 21st, $74.00. So they change the amounts around.Lucky the banker was willing to help me..

i'm not sure where you got your info - these people are NOT legit, and I don't think anyone has ever RECEIVED a call from them.  That is the number listed on people's bank statements every time they are STOLEN from by these people.  you can call that number all you want.  all you will get is a recording and beep...

it happened to me, too.  don't bother leaving them messages at that number - no one will ever call you back.  all you are doing is alerting them to the fact that you know something is up, and if a charge gets returned to them, they will just continue to make debits by using other co names and/or amounts to get around it.  i just talked to my bank, they are doing what they can to stop the charges, but if I don't close my account, these scammers will continue to drain my account.  i am very sad for all of us that are just now realizing that the loans we thought we needed back in Nov and Dec have cost us twice (or in my case, three times) the amounts we "borrowed."  these people are true scammers.  It is one thing to be misleading about the cost of a loan; it is quite another to trick financially strapped people into taking a small deposit (loan) just so they can get your account information.  A legit loan company would call you back and give you payoff info - they want repeat customers.  these people will never call you - why should they?  They are not interested in customers, they just want to debit your account for as much as they can - and according to everyone I have spoken to about this, you really do have to close your checking account.

I'm in the same boat as the rest of you.  This company has been taking money out of my checking account (in $70 increments) for a long time now. They do it at random times throughout the month. Not even on payday. So when I don't have the money in there to cover them I end up paying all these overdraft fees. I can't even imagine how much they have cost me. I have called repeatedly and have never received a call back.
Now to my point, I called my bank today and they are going to put a stop payment on this company for $35.00. In the scheme of things that is pennies. Now, maybe they will call me. I don't even know who they are....
Maybe you guys can do the same....and maybe someone will finally call you.
