He works for GC Services (Collection Agency), Michael Lasalvia...and he's a real prick

I got repeated calls from this number.  They were out of Denver Colorado with ACS Student Loans I think.  After two months of ignoring them, knowing they were collectors from reading this blog, another department, the ACS Student Loans Collections Dept in Utica New York PO Box 7051  zip 13504, started calling with an unknown ID number so both departments were calling me.  So I found out the new callers address and who they were by picking up and requiring to know the callers whereabouts and who he was affiliated with to verify he wasn't a stalker or a scammer before being willing to give any info about my relative.  He gave me the info for New York, I never gave him my relatives info of course.  I requested not to be called but he wouldn't agree to see to it.  The one in Colorado never did either.  I googled the address he gave me and found ACS.  So I reported it to the Better Business Bureau in the New York chapter and contacted the Federal trade commission to get the calls stopped.  You can also contact their states General Attorney's Offices.  There hasn't been any calls in a week since I filed  complaints so I'm hoping it's over.  They caught the tiger by the tail messing with me.   You need to google ACS Student Loans Complaints and see what a nightmare they are, unbelievable.  Good luck to everybody.

The number 877-225-2388 with the name Ms. Rauls called my neighbor, MY NEIGHBOR.  How in the hell did they get my neighbor's phone number?  My neighbor which is the sweetest elderly lady I know ask her how she got her number and the "Ms. Rauls" said that she had used Google to look up who lived next to me.  Now that possibly CANNOT be legal.  They have NO RIGHT what so ever calling up neighbors trying to get in touch with somebody.  There needs to be something done about this!!  I haven't called the number yet, but can't wait to call and give them a piece of my mind about calling my neighbor and bothering them.  Besides, by calling my neighbor that let's them in on my personal business, if any information was given out.  Somebody needs to do something about this.  If I knew what direction to go with reporting this Ms. Rauls at 877-225-2388 I would.  Does anyone know what can be done?

Mike LaSalle called from this number saying "this call is important."  He left the number 877-225-2388 x 3321 to call back, but the number on caller ID came up as a local number (803-619-5255).
I guess I should be grateful he didn't hang up and left an IMPORTANT message? lol

I got a call from this number wanting me to leave a note on my neighbors door. I am on a do not call list.

Some woman called saying there's an important message for me.  When I called that number, the phone just rings, no answer.

Call to my wife's private cell phone regarding my EX wife of 17 years ago. Called my parent's private UNLISTED number 2 months ago. How in the hell did they get these numbers? Is this legal?

Calls from 727-386-7086, but leaves number as 877-225-2388, extension 3331. Says it's "Mike LaSalvia" and doesn't identify the company. The only message is that it's "an important call."

This number is a collection agency.  We keep on getting voicemail messages from 877-225-2388.  They never do identify what company they work for or the reason they are calling.  They just simply leave their last name (Ms. "so in so"), the 877-225-2388 number, and an extention #) saying the message is for "_____" and that the phone call is "very important".  We never do return their calls.  On one occasion, we happened to answer the phone not knowing it was them who was calling (we don't have caller ID yet), and this person kept on quizzing me (in a pushy, invasive way).  When they asked to talk to "____", I told them that no one by that name lives here (which is true).  We figure that if they want to locate "___", they can get off their lazy sorry butt and do the research to find out their whereabouts.  We're not going to give out any info.

Anyone get a call from Lou Kizer to call back at 877-225-2388.  They left no identification of company or purpose. Just to call...Not going to call. sorry.

this is a collection agency who is calling everybody and anybody related or not related to you. They have called my sister and sister in laws with different last names and in different states telling to contact me and get a message to call them. this is against the law. Company is GC Services

who ever this is called my brother leaveing a message with him to give to me, I don't know how they got his # but they better not call him anymore, he has nothing to do with me and I don't know who they are so they need not contact me again either espically because if they can not ID themself other then a first name they have no business with me.
