Unwanted calls from 214-446-5089, and they're very annoyed calls.

I have received 4 calls in the last 4 days from this Market Max.  I asked to be put on the do not call list and one of the guys was rude, and burped in my ear, then hung up.  So sad.  They are a stock market company.  They want you to sign up for a membership.  Bunch of crap.  Frustrating that they are still calling me though.

Getting daily (sometimes more than one) calls from this number.  No one speaks when you answer.  Most annoying.  Clearly another failure of the "do not call" list.

Yea they f****ng keep calling me and i just hear heavy breathing on the other line. I say hello and then they take the mute off and hang up cuz I hear a bunch of telemarketers in the background all doing the heavy breathing.  What kind of whacked out company pays people to heavy breathe and hang up for eight hours? Haha.

Don't know why I am getting calls from this phone number. They never leave a message either.

they call and I answer and I get a recording to leave my name and number!

Today while on the phone with my daughter they were attempting to call me while on the phone!  I am so "FED" up with these telemarketers, scammers.  I am on the No Call List!.  Obviously for what purpose because the purpose is being defeated because no one with the power and/or ability seems to care enough to become proactive against them.  What/who does it take to put them out of this business -- (the business of driving us crazy).   Yesterday I received 3 calls within about 15-20 minutes.  I am so close to removing/throwing my phone away just to receive some much needed rest, peace and quiet.  These thorns in my side need to "get a real job".

I have the same call problem as Glenn.  I have my number on the do not call list and this is a business phone, so it makes it really difficult to not answer the phone.  They never leave a message and I dont bother to call back, since they're long distance I just stopped answering.  I get at least 5 calls a day from various #'s, at all hours too.  Driving me crazy!!  Blocking doesn't help, they just call from a new #.  My husband thinks I'm cheating on him cuz it happens so often!! Please do something already about these people before I loose my job & my family!!

i got the same thing.. and we tell them to take us off the list yet they keep calling back... i get at least twenty a day.. and then nevada starts to call.. then texas ect..

I've been getting phone call's from this number 4 to 5 times a week for the past 2 months. I've spoken with a man and a woman asking them to remove my name from their call listing. Today the man was insistent that I listen to his spill, I said no he hung on me. They call in the morning, afternoon and as late as 9pm cst. Very pesky and annoying.  Since my requests for them to stop calling me has not worked. I won't be answering their call's.

I've been getting calls from this number at least 2-3 times a day. Each time I ignore it since I don't know anyone from Denver, CO. If they aren't going to leave a message, I don't waste my time. I figure they will give up eventually.

I don't usually answer unknown calls. Getting tired of them calling and not leaving a message. When I do call back, usually get an answer that the number is not in service.

These Market Max guys call every day.  I've asked nicely, politely for them to stop calling and to remove my number from their list.  Now very strongly and sternly for them to stop calling and to remove me from their list.  They call multiple times per week.

4/18/13 called left no message.      I do not answer unidentified calls, and will not return calls without a message left that might cause me to take the time to call back.

FCC laws are apparently useless against these losers who jack up their call volume by hanging up on you so you will call back. This makes it seem as if you really want to talk to this annoying little insect, when in fact you are calling to get them to leave you alone. This eats up your cell minutes ( if it's your cell they are calling). So I use my option to BLOCK the phone #'s that I no longer tolerate. But it is still useful and somewhat calming to at least have a forum in which to vent the frustration, and hopefully get them to STOP THIS PRACTICE LEGALLY BY ENFORCING THEIR LAWS.     THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!   A JOPLIN SURVIVOR OF EF5 TORNADO, MAY 2011.

I have submitted my phone number to the do not call list about two months ago, and am still receiving numerous telemarketer calls, please make them stop!

I m so sick of these people calling.  Somehow, someway they need to be stopped.  They are rude when you don't comply and I hate the weird "animated tone" of voice they use.  They sound like a cartoon character at a circus talking to children.  I have told them many times not to call, I went online and filled out the "Do Not Call."  I'd like to know HOW to report them to the FCC?

720-253-0668 Identifies himself as Market Max, obviously a call center from all the chatter going on in background.  I asked him to put me on do not call list, his reply was "WHOA WHOA!!!!!"

This "company" has called 4-5 times a day for the past two weeks. It claims I have been "pre-approved" for a membership. Wanted me to go to a website and watch a video. I asked the operator how I have been approved for a membership for a company I have never heard of. She said I had to have filled out something online. (I NEVER fill out anything like that online. She would not tell me anything about the company, instead pushing for me to go to this website. When I directly told her I would not go to any website before I knew what it was about, she hung up on me. When you call the number back you get just a very unprofessional voicemail that makes no mention of any sort of "Market Max" or company name. You can supposedly leave a number to get off the call list but it does not work and they have continued calling this business phone number steadily for the past week.

I have received several calls from this number. When I return the call it says to leave my number to get off of their call list. I have done this several times. Does anyone know how to report them to the FCC?

Since my first post earlier today I have been called twice more. I asked to be removed on the first call. Didn't answer the 2nd and when trying to explain to remove me was hung up on the last time.

I have now files 3 complaints with the FCC.

Lady called I had no idea what she was saying I signed up for, I asked to be taken off the calling list and she said NO I WILL CALL YOU EVERYDAY! She also called me a B****! Wow pretty mad over here right now!

Same here ..... Market Max.  I have asked them to take me off their list but they still call from 720-253-0668, 208-542-7801,and 617-206-3247.  Would like to know what company is doing this as I work online helping people directly to build a business online and don't need old boiler room tack ticks to connect with people and these types of companies make the rest of us look bad.  Like anything there is always a BAD apple in the bunch in any business.  Just tell them you would never join a business that works like this and maybe if enough of us do it they will get the message!

Market max has called me 6 times. This last guy that called wouldn't give me his name. He wanted me to go to a video on my computer. I told him that I did not want to do that, and please put me on the do not call list. He said no. To which I said can't you respect me and stop calling my house? He said, "You don't respect yourself." I asked to speak to a manager he said no, I asked to speak to a co-worker he hung up on me.

Called just now 1200pm CST time. no messege. nothing?  I reported to FTC as a marketing scam number.

I answered knowing I didn't know anyone in Denver, CO.  Someone did pick up.  Market Max. Said I had been pre-approved for there website or something.  i.e. Telemarketer.  What good is the DO NOT CALL list if they still call.

I get this call atleast once a day.  Very annoying and no one ever says anything.
