I called to say I wasn't me and I don't know
How they got this number and that they are leaving messages for a Justin but I don't know a
Justin ;)... They are some sneak MFers... Dude was like oh well justin just left this as his call back number two months ago... And I was like ya that's wierd cause I don't know any justins.,, then dude said ya we were trying to contact Justin his doctor had a message and we needed to fallow up and i was like wired and he said ya we had to re scedual for the doctors appointment and I was like ya must have been a typo or something and he said they won't call back... To say they are my doctor that's got to be illegal,,, and if not it should b!

wants to speak to Christopher...then gets pissy when I tell her it's not a number belonging to  a Christopher. and  wants to know why I want to know why she is calling.

This number keeps calling,leaving a reference number,I called back and Answered Bridge something.They need 2 stop calling...Im not interested

got 3 calls a day to my cell phone from 877 225 6229. some thing about collection and asked for the name i do not know. i dont answer anymore.

I just received a call from a female who identified the company as Collectal Assoctiates who wanted me to start making payments to them and when I told her I would not be paying them anything her response was similar to the above. "Well I guess it will just stay on your credit report and she hung up. The call was from the 877-225-6229 #.

I get many missed/unwanted calls from this number and am NOT interested.

Got a call from this number at my in-laws, called it back and spoke to Harley.  He was super rude, I said I didnt know who is company was and he said "I guess you will find out once we are on your credit report".  And hung up! Tell me that wasnt rude!!!

I received a call today from this number. Went to voice mail and the message was a recording that started in the middle of the message "you must call us back" but no name or number listed.

I just got a call from them. The number was the "877" number but told me to call back at "800-817-8565". Doesn't say who the call is for other than "This is a matter you need to take care of". If they knew who they were calling, why don't they say "Hello <name>, please call us back". I know why, because of what other people are complaining about on this board, they are calling for someone that doesn't exisit or scaring or phishing for information. My rule of thumb is "If your name or number doesn't say who you are....I am not answering".

Have received two calls from this number in a week.  It goes stright to my voice mail and when I listen is starts in the middle of a message stating "ahh pending".  That's when I hang up.  If they are too stupid to know they have reached a recording I don't need to listen to the rest of thier message.

WHAT GIVES   who is this and WHY???

when I answered there was a weird fake taped message saying "hello...hello...maybe it's my phone, why don't you call me back, my number is...".

Said it was a law firm and left the name of a Roger Young or Linda Strause for me to call back.  Of course, I didn't.

said it was James Bond, why don't I call back, after calling repeatedly and no one being there.

Unnamed caller left message on my machine indicating he represented an account and that I would be allowed to go on the 'extended payment scheme'. No indication of Company or the account I owed.  Indicated that if I didn't return call it would indicate my unwillingness to pay and that legal action would proceed.  I called back and a woman answered after 10 rings thanking me for calling their business offices and that I should leave a message.  BS!

This # calls me repeatedly and leaves different messages. The last one is semi-threatening: claims to be Roger Young from the law offices of Michael K Seib and ends with "we can't help if you don't call us back". I'm going to see if I can block it.

I got the same 'Roger Young' name saying hey I heard you didn't have any luck with Clemens, let me try to help you.  They used my name, but I say my name in my voicemail message, so that's probably where it came from...psycho, i need to get it blocked!

It's a collection agency - Bridgepoint Financial.  When you call the number they answer "business office" trying to lure you in.

This # has called me several times this week looking for mother, stating that my number was given as a reference. In her message, she said her name was "Lynne"

They answer the phone "business office" and even though I had someone's extension to be transferred to, it took me a few minutes for them to tell me what company they were from but they wouldn't divulge why they were trying to contact my mother through me or how they obtained my number.

If they are calling you on a cell phone and you have a blackberry ( not sure if they have the download for other typs of phones) download SMARTGUARD its awsome you can block anyone you want

Calls my work and my private phone - doesn't leave a message. Very annoying!!

We keep getting calls looking for a lady that doesn't live here.
I have asked numersous times to be removed from the list explaining we have had this number for almost 2 years and this woman does not live her, never has.
They tell me they will take us off of their list, but I just got another call this morning.

Got a call from this number and I told them that there is no one here by that name, so 10 minutes later they called back again...

Got one too as a voice mail.  Identified himself as from bridgepoint and asked me to call back on 800 817 8565.
