These guys are convicted felons operating under numerous names, include Telenurse OnCall and The Physician Exchange, amongst others.  We don't even know if they operate a legitimate business, but they post slanderous untrue comments on Yahoo and other websites about businesses that complain about them.

There are some that have reported them to the police, which might be advisable for you to do since this is complete harassment.  Others have reported them to the FCC, and there are many open cases against them.

I am recieving phone calls from LifeLine Communications at 2-5 am. Everytime they call it rings in my ear. When you call back or look it up it's a fax number out of Cary, N.C. This is very disturbing.

You are not alone on the ebay scam. He has done the ebay scams in the past and appears to be doing it again. He was recently convicted of several counts theft. Call the D.A. in Gwinnett County and tell them of this issue. Although he is not living there he is on probation.  If he did not send you anything it is a crime across state lines.

Even if it is true that the Do Not Call registry fails to extend into fax based marketing, you are legally required to stop sending unsolicited faxes upon the request of the recipiant. However, on July 23, 2003 the FCC ruled that, effective Jan 9, 2006,  ?anyone sending an unsolicited
advertising fax obtain a prior signed, written statement as evidence of the recipient?s permission to receive the fax.?. It ultimately comes down to the fact that whether required by a national registry or not, you are required to stop sending faxes upon the request of the recipient, regardless of whether the numbers were provided to you or purchased from an agency.

A copy of this video has been saved and added to our mounting legal case against Telenurse on Call.

According to their multiple faxes and videos, telenurse claims to be an award recipient from ATSI, however, the organization was contacted by our offices and have no record of the company receiving an award. In fact, there are multiple complaints filed against them with the organization and pending legal action for misrepresentation.

It ultimately comes down to this company being some kind of game or scam. Based on the phone conduct of the supposed owners, it seems that no one in their right mind would pay them money so it must be a game of harassment.

It should be interesting to see how this one unfolds in the courtroom

This company also operates under the names "Telenurse On-Call" and "MD Exchange".  When I called to have my number removed, the man who answered called me a "stupid b**ch" and hung up.  I immediately called back and got a recording that said "the answering service will not accept calls from your number because you are an a**h*le".  

The organizations that they claim to have received awards from are aware that this "company" is falsely using their name in the ads and said they have been trying to locate them and force them to discontinue the false advertising.

Youtube has a promotional video of this company, if anyone would like to see who is verbally abusing us.  The name of the individual is William Seth Parker .... if you view this video, please not that the "certificate of excellence" indicates "congraDulations"....I'm pretty sure the company that issues the "genuine" certificates spells congratulations correctly.  

I won't rest until this company is harassed in the same way we have been.

1.) The number called is my home phone number for two years, where we have been getting calls (dateline) messages of our answering machine in the middle of the night.  A week or so ago I let the first page of this fax come through and called the fax removal number 877 869 5380 given.  But over a week later the faxes stated again in the middle of the night.  Today at 11:00 AM I called the sales line 877 225 6515 and explained - the man called me a "f@cken w***e" and told me to get off the line - then hung up.  WHAT!  I called back and the "line was blocked".  I called back on my cell phone and asked for a supervisor he put me on hold, when the "so-called supervisor" came on the line;  I asked for his name, he declined, so I said "you aren't a supervisor" he called me a w***e again, and hung up.   WHAT!!

2.) Our home phone was incorrectly listed in the 2008  Idaho Medical Association as an ?Orthopedic Surgery? office. ?Inter-Mountain Orthopedics?,  so I am aware how to speak to someone to get the result of having our phone number removed from their lists.

We received two calls from The Physicians Exchange, the first one at 3:57 am and the 2nd one about 5 minutes later, yesterday, 10/27/2009.  Later that morning, a very angry me called the 877-225-6515 number shown on their fax, (note: we had to buy & hook up a fax machine to attempt to end these fax calls), our telephone number is a residential number  only, we are retired).  I got this woman on the phone who was nasty and hung up on me twice.  Later in the day I called again in hopes of finding the owner there, I explained the situation to the young man on the phone and he said "you are one long winded ho" and hung up on me.  I have been trying to find out who owns this business and where they are located.  The number on the caller ID and at the top of the fax is 919-650-1472 and belongs to a Theresa Gosnell, 6003 Rambling Hills Dr., Morrisville, NC 27560, if the information on Switchboard.com is correct. I have called that number several times and there is no answer.  I have also turned both numbers into the Do Not Call registry as a complaint.  I have also checked with the Wade County, North Carolina BBB and they have no business listed by the name of The Physicians Exchange.  I will continue to keep looking to find the owner and where it is located.  I may also begin contacting doctor's offices through the south to see if any of them do business with this company and get more information from them, also tell them what a sleazy operation they are when it comes to contacting them regarding unwanted calls. I am not going to give up until I find them.  As a business using telephones as a sales tool either by telemarketing or fax telemarketing, they have an obligation to determine if the numbers they call are on the Do Not Call List, if they don't do that and they get reported, they can face up to a $16,000. fine.  If anyone else fits into that catagory I strongly suggest you Google the Do Not Call site (government) and file a complaint also.  The more they get the bigger the chance of an immediate investigation and the possibility of a $16,000. fine for each complaint.  That would certainly make my day.
