Got some message that said 'if you stay on the line you acknowledge that you are part of a a claim and liable for the following debt.' Hung up and deleted. If they call hang up imediately. 100% spam!

i keep getting a call from 8772269724 which is EOCCA COLL. AGENCY they are calling for my neighbor mathew w samko, who owes someone. when he moved in across the street he gave my address. well my phone # is listed, he only has a cell. i assume that is how they got my phone #. i call back and explain this to these very dumb people but they keep harassing me. there has to be some way to stop this harassing problem.
