This is a total Fraud company... What am i suppose to do we gave they so much money they got all the information they needed and we believed them. How do they know our debtor or how much money he owes us? well we believed it was true and now they blocked our number and we can get ahold of them. Does anyone know how we can get our money back?

I have been harrassed by this company for the past month for a collection that has nothing to do with me.  I finally told them this morning at 7:45 that I have contacted my attorney and will file harrassment charges.  Hopefully they will stop the calls.

I have been dealing with these same people.  Very rude to whomever answers the phone.  And extremely threatening.  I am dealing with an attorney and the debt in question has been turned over to my attorney.  They have contacted these people and they still continue to call me.  If anyone has any other idea of how to get rid of them, please advise.

I know this is a bit long but it can provide lots of useful information if you are being hassled by Commercial Investigations or any other Collection agency. Be informed, and know what it takes to protect yourself if you have to go that far.

I have an interest in your lawsuit. Is this going to federal court? Is this going to be a class action law suit? Are you representing a client or victim of CII? I see the company is nothing but bad. They are trying to claim that they are good and have reports by happy customers. The funny thing is the writing style is the same and it is on the same blog site.  Seems stinky to me.

Called us in March demanding payment on behalf of a contractor we fired.We refused.Our attorney wrote them disputing the debt and telling them to stop contacting us.They still called back.Our attorney wrote them again telling them to stop.Bruce Anderson then called our attorney and threatened to sue us in federal court in LA to win by default when we don't show.(We found an attorney in LA.)Then they sent us a letter with a payment schedule claiming the debt was valid because we had not responded to their claims(BULL).Quick way to scare them off the phone...hook up a phone tap device(available @ radio shack for about $70)and answer the phone like this-"please be advised.This call is being recorded for possible use in a court of law.Can I help you?"Stay calm if they talk.Ask leading questions to try to get them to say something illegal.Have fun effing with them.Save the recording for court but make an extra copy so you can play in for your friends and have a good laugh.They hang up every time!

Bruce anderson from commercial investigations inc sent letters and has a really dumb gir call and say her name is Ashley or Morgan Fury, like I would not be able to tell it was her stupid a** calling, stupid girl!!  anyway, they make up accounts and get people to send money and they also charge customers to collect their debts but end up ripping off their own clients....every one i know needs to call them and request information, ask what they do, or just say "hello friend".(877)230-1314

January 27, 2009 -4:35pm and 4:40pm received calls and refused to remove from do not call list.

Called first few times left messages and number to return call, then would call with a no caller id and ask who they were calling if it was a dead beat debtor, didnt i know my name, With as childish as they were acting I asked if they were on drugs?  Then they proceeded with more childish comments.  They are crazy!  My husband called and they still acted childish and with no sense.

They keep calling me asking for some guy named Christopher.  They have only gotten my voicemail thus far.  I'm glad I looked this up before contacting them. Thanks

I was contacted by CII and they said they could get a debt collected for me. Later that week they called again and said they had found the person and that he said he would not pay us a dime.  And that it would have to go to litigation and if I would fax them a copy of a check made out to them that they could not cash it until they had collected the debt for me.  So like a dummy I made out a check for $1,800.00 and faxed them a copy.  Three days later I get an uneasy feeling about this and go to my bank.  They had already made up a check and cashed it for the $1,800.00 with ?no signature required? written on the check.  I am furious!!!  When I call they hang up on me.  This was early 2007 and I haven?t heard a thing from them except when I call and they hang up when I ask about my money.  Anyone have any idea what I can do now?  Thanks.

Asking for somebody who doesn't live here, they have a big debt. I get the call about twice every 3 weeks. Now I'm getting 3 calls a week, with 2 other peoples name. I told them, nobody by those names live or as for as I know, have ever lived here. I've lived here in Arizona for over 20 years, and these people that don't live here, and never have, have debt in Ohio. Why do they constantly call my phone number? (I'll never know)

I have been having some very rough dealings with these people. We were contacted by them to help us collect some unpaid debt. They wanted $1800 to help with legal fees. We told them we were not interested in giving them the money and also told them we were no interested in there services. I had looked them up on the internet and found a lot of very negative information on these clowns. We had signed a contract with these guys and they say they are going to take legal action against us because we are not fulfilling the contract. I have received about a dozen phone calls from these people today threatening me and cursing me.

I did these things because they threatened bodily harm to me on 06/09/08.

I have received the calls also. Caller ID says S.D.R. Inc.  805-498-1180. They have cussed me and threatened bodily harm to me. I receive about two calls a day. The last call at 5:44 p.m. est the guy called me a F****** moron. I have contacted City of Santa Barbara, District Attorney for Santa Barbara, FTC and my local law enforcement. If I called someone and said the things that these people have said to me, I would be in alot of trouble. Fill out reports, make calls do everything you can to help me stop them.

Caller asked to help collect debts. He called back to tell me that for only 6500.00 he could help me collect a large debt. I refused and then the harrassment started. They told me that, since I refused to let them collect, I owed them their full potential fees. The harrassment calls are still occasionally coming in.

Caller asks to speak with the owner regarding an investigation. When I said the owner was out for lunch, the caller had to put me on hold to look up his own number so that the owner could call him back. After searching online, I found out they are a collection agency with a VERY poor record.
