I called 877-232-0509-its Upstate Management Services a legal litigating firm who tries to make final contact with people that are about to be sued or have their wages garnished. The person they were looking for used my name and phone number as a contact. I asked that my name and number be removed since I had no idea who the person was they were looking for and they said the would.

received a call, voice said "this call is from upstate, with an open claim, please stay on the line to speak with our representative". I stayed on the line and the phone clicked 4 times then I was disconnected.
