I also got the same exact call from Mr. Garcia, wanting to serve a summons for a breach of contract; however, he wanted to serve it on my mother, who has been dead for ten years. SCAM!

Got a call from a Mr. Garcia on Friday who stated he was trying to reach me to serve me a summons from his client for a breach of contract (?).  I have no idea but obviously a scam.  Be warned they will try anything!
