Stellar Collections call all day and night do not leave a message!

calls, hangs up doesn't leave message.  even calling spouses cell phone now.  if it is Comcast debt collector we turned in their equipment when we switched services.  

This is annoying.  I keep ignoring, but they keep calling.

Comcast collections, the best part is, Comcast isn't even offered in my party of the country!!!

collection agency for Tammy COle. Have spoken to them and said it is the wrong number. They have been calling, still, for 3 months.

I just got a call too from this company and I contacted Xfinity (Comcast) directly and they stated I owed them over $700 for equipment and PPV charges from back in 2010.  I cancelled in 2010 and I know I didn't use PPV which they said was over $400 in itself for one month, what the heck, who would watch that much TV.  All they want you to do is call the collection agency and have them investigate the charges, like they are going to do that.  A scam for sure because I know I paid my bill on time each month and in full and when I cancelled my service I took my equipment back to their store. I think they just try to get people to pay for something from so long ago that you won't remember and pay them whatever they say.  NOT

Calls us every morning with recorded debt collection message from Stellar in English and then in Spanish. We owe nothing and no one! Let machine answer and delete. Ignore heartily!

BEWARE!!!!! I don't believe these people are associated with Comcast at all. I have Comcast, I am watching it right now and using my internet via Comcast right now. Still, this number keeps calling my cell phone about owing Comcast money. Now if it were really Comcast, they would not call me because my payments are always current, I have never been disconnected from Comcast services. It has to be a scam because they want payment over the phone which means they want your credit card information!!!

Hey CDog.. I suspect you have a cozy relationship with a**-wipes who intimidate, harass, extort, and lie to consumers who do not understand their rights or have no previous experience dealing with b*****ds, i.e. collection agencies.  I was hounded & haunted by many collection agencies some years back and a few still call on a weekly basis.  During the recent economic collapse I lost my job and my home.  The destruction...mentally & physically left me with a new prospective on life.  Since I question your loyalties, it's not your business the life-lessons I cling to now.  Listen closely Americans who have fallen on hard times: learn to live off the grid as much as possible.  Most importantly, consult a debt/bankruptcy attorney if you are served with complaint. Show these corrupt mobsters you will not be victimized!

I'm getting calls from this Stellar collections, can't understand them on their bot recordings, won't ask for anyone. I do not owe any company a dime, never have, everything is cash. On the do not call list, told them to stop, they keep calling. Cell phone provider has blocked their calls, haha!!

They have started calling my cell phone. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Have not figured out how to block them on my Android phone, other than deleting them.

This number has been calling repeatedly.  I have pushed "2" every time as they requested advising that I AM NOT the person they are asking for.  Finally a few minutes ago I decided to push "1" as though I was the person.  Finally after a couple of other "pushes"  someone ho identified himself as  Bret came on the line.  I told him I was tired of repeatedly pushing 2 to let them know they had the wrong person.  At first he was polite - repeated my 'phone number back to me and thanked him for my patience.  When I told him I was out of patience and they had divulged information that I felt was in violation of the right to privacy act and if it didn't stop I would call my States Attorney - Surprise - Surprise - he hung up in no uncertain terms before I could finish my sentence!!!  

These people cannot be Comcast because we have never had Comcast. They might say that they are Comcast, but it must be a scam.

Called my 12 year old child's pre paid cell phone twice now. going to report them to IN Attorney General.

It does apply to debt collectors if you are not doing business with them in any way. Also, Federal law requires debt collectors to never call you again if you request it one time.

The DO NOT CALL would not help you in any case. This is a bill collector, the do not call list does not apply to them. However, once you speak with them and tell them to not call you at this number, THAT does apply and if they call they are then breaking the law.

They have been calling for months and asking (or telling) me they want to speak to my husband.  My husband passed away 9 years ago.

I have already filed bankruptcy.  I haven't had comcast since 2012.  If they don't quit calling me I will get a lawyer to sue them.  Scam Scam Scam!

Received a generic call on my machine about debt collection, with no details.  To my knowledge, I have no debt collectors after me.  But since it was an 877 number, I called back and the recorded messages asked if I was an ALMOST correct name.  I punched "no" and went to hold hell.  While waiting, I looked up this site and realized I was probably being scammed.

a recording leaves message to call back at a totally different number than what's on the caller id. identifies as stellar debt collector, but doesn't ask for anyone.  have had at least 5 calls from them in the past week all with different numbers on the caller id and all listing different callback numbers on the answering machine. number is not local, but listed in augusta, ga every time.  so far as i know, no one is  this house has any debts, and if they did a reputable company would actually ask for them by name.

Stellar recovery has been calling me every day for the past 5 days. The call comes at random times, sometimes twice a day. I never pick up. The voicemail recording is a woman saying that the company is a debt collector and asks to call an 1-877 number back; the calls come from various local numbers though. I do not have any unpaid debts. This is scam. A real collector legally must read a "mini miranda" statement in the message if there is a debt to be collected.

Female voice message from Stellar Recovery saying they are a debt collection  company and I need to call them. No way.

Same issue. Male recording identify himself as a debt collector. Leaves number tel:8772365791.

It is Comcast collection agency. Wish they would stop the scam!. They already picked up all of their equipment, but keep bothering that I owed them $600.00 in equipment.

Calling my cell phone evenings continously.  Nothing short of  messy Scam/Debit Collector. The Do not call list is
not effective.   The Internet/All current forms of communications have gotten out of hand.
