Did they ever serve you with papers?

Got the call from Travis Davis ( Bogus name ) telling me I've been served by State of Ca with 877 no.
No such thing exist. Harrasing me at my empoyer and left threatening mssgs on my v. mail. I got them all recorded.

just got a call from that number this morning i live in florida, they said i will be served a summons today, lets see

I received a call this morning from a company who identified themselves as a debt collector from out of state. They wanted my I.D. info (S.S., visa card number and wanted me to pay over $600. and if I refused they threatened me with 'legal recourse and additional charges. They said they couldn't send any paperwork, give out their address, or provide any additional info regarding their claim. They also "failed to mention" that they were 'recording my call'.until the end of it.They were extremely rude and unprofessional and told my wife to "shut-up lady" when she mentioned possible fraud. They called back and said they had just gotten records forwarded from their worker and would be serving us.
I contacted the courts locally, city, county, and state advocacy (Attorney General'a Office). No one is aware of this office "in" WA?"
