When I recently called USBank I was directed to this company offering discounts on travel.Like an idiot I gave them my bank info... they were to charge me $1.95 for this info and I had 30 days to cancel. A $100 Visa card was promised.They have now charged me twice with no info. and I guess I need to cancel my card!

"Frontgate" -Va--757-490-9860--when I call this # they direct me to another # 877-240-3421 which has the same recording as 888-323-1691! BEWARE

I noticed this last month and have been trying to call but no one answers the phone.  My bank will not stop payment without charging me, however, if I do not receive an answer they will attempt to collect all the disputed money.  Who are these people????

These people have been taking $49.95 out of my account for 5 months and I have been totally unaware of it until now.  I have called my bank and they have stopped the payments but now I have to try and get my money back.  Be careful!  It seems that now we have to keep a daily watch on our bank accounts or there is trouble.

EVERYONE READ THIS!!!! Unfortunately all of you people who were scammed out of money by these guys DON"T LISTEN when they're talking to you on the phone. I know because I listen to your calls in the capacity of "QA". If you were to listen to everything the seller says, he tells you in the beginning that "This call will be recorded". I do cancel orders that the sellers commit fraud on. Unfortunately because you DON"T LISTEN, they are able to charge your credit card because they state "And to confirm your acceptance to bill your (CARD TYPE) card monthly on the terms I just described, and send your welcome packages and $100 in gas vouchers, please state your full name please." AS SOON AS YOU STATE YOUR NAME, you're giving them the authority to charge your card. Technically it's not a scam. They're just taking advantage of your stupidity and inability to listen properly. NEVER STATE YOUR NAME when a phone solicitor calls you!!!!! I hate my job listening to these calls because it's so deceptive and I feel sorry for all the stupid people out there but I need the job. My conscious does require me to at least post this note for you so you might understand better how these telemarketers work. Please heed my advice in the future and ALWAYS remember...NOTHING IS FREE. If it sounds too good to be true, IT IS! Didn't your mother or father ever tell you that? Stop trying to get a $1000 Walmart gift card or Dell computer for taking a survey or for paying a small shipping fee. God, don't be so gullible or stupid. No one is ever going to give you anything of any value for nothing. NOTHING IS FREE! When you sign up for some stupid offer you see on TV or the web, those companies sell your name, phone number, address, and credit card information to other telemarketing companies. That's why once you begin to get calls; you start to constantly get more. Grow up people and think before you give anyone any personal information. Most importantly...LISTEN when someone calls you because the way they speak, they depend on you not picking up on the details of what they're saying. All of you think you didn't agree to any purchase that could be charged to your credit card but you're wrong...YOU DID AGREE. You just don't realize it because you DIDN'T LISTEN CAREFULLY!!!!! I know because I listened to you accept everything that caused your card to be charged.

Alana____ go to your bank and tell them what you have done to stop them.  Ask them to find out who they are and to stop them from taking your money.  They will go to the coarse and get your money back.  If the $ was deposited into a bank than the other bank is required to take action.

They took $24.95 out of my account and told me they would not refund my money. I was told it was a 30 day trial so I canceled 10 days before my 30 was up and they still took the money out claiming it really was only a 15 day trial. As soon as I mentioned I would put them on the military black list for fraud they all of a sudden decided as they say "Out of the courtesy of the company" they will refund my money!!! Funny I had to threaten them to get my money back! This is a fraud company!!! Do not go through them!!! If you need your money back just threaten them with talking to a supervisor or black listing them...you will get your money back!!! There is also another number 888-273-3608 that did the same thing!!!

i recently ordered something online and got a call and the people told me to call this number for cancellation but it didnt work, before im charged does anyone know how to cancell it correctly? when i called they told me i was not in the system...i dont even know what the systems company is=(

They took a total of 199.90 out of my account! i have called many times and got my "account" closed and they keep taking out money! i cant get ahold of anyone on the number either! grrrrrr

I bought a cell phone from cell blowout and they signed me up to this program, which I agreed to.  Just becareful, cuz if you buy something online, you might miss the fine print.  A simple check box or standard terms and condistions.  Just wanted to tell you who the company is that's called you all.  They are located at 3509 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

Identity theft protection company....A joke!  Got scamed too

Well,  I never contacted those people never subscribed their products,  I got charged this morning $24.95,  called them,  they never answered my question regarding where they got my informations,  asked several times during the phone conversation,  after telling them that they were under investigations with the BBB and online FBI fraud department all suddenly they told me that my money will be returned to my bank account.   I subscribed to a free trial of mineral cosmetic with Eden company in PA 2 weeks ago wich products I returned with an RMA # in the time frame they asked,  since then I have been charged over all 300$,  from different companies that I don't even know and contacted,  So this is a very serious problem and I am acting on that because it has to stop for me and everybody who's be hacked by them and others.   On top they have the nerves to call their company identity theft PROTECTION....Right!!!!!!!!! So outraged!

You probably entered a free trial somewhere and they got your info from there.....Free trial be veryyyyyy carefull!  Me = never again in my life!

I never got a call from this number but saw the charge on my card. So I called. And demanded my refund. I got my refund back. Dunno how they got my account info or number.

8772403421- They are a ID tracking service.  Basically they monitor your S.S., credit cards, and bank accounts.  Usually they have a free trial (30 days), and then they charge you.  I called them last month, right after I got signed up to cancel my account, they assured that it was gone.  THEN it shows up IN MY ACCOUNT, and I called them again and they have no recollection of what happened.  I asked for a supervisor, and the guy pretty much very nonchalant but mean.  Hate these guys.  But he refunded my money.
