I've been getting three or four calls from this number a day, but only on my cell. never leaves a message. there is only about six people who have my cell number, i've added that number to the "do not call list" guess its not working,

Robot comcast calls, pissing me off.
Again did not agree to be on their call list.

I called it back and got a message: "Time-Warner New York, outbound 24283"
So, probably computerized calling system for Time Warner Cable service/sales since I've never had Time-Warner, so it's not bill-related!
