I received a call looking for my son-in-law's sister.  Why?  Guess they are scrolling through her contacts on her phone?  Can they do that?

I got a message on my answering machine stating it was ELS CCA a debt collector and to call some number.  They dont say who they are calling for.  It can't be for us so...I just erased it.  If they had a decency asking for a particular person and left a message to call a number - I would take the time and call them back and let them know they have the wrong number.  But since they didnt I decided to erase them.  

I also had AT&T and I switched to Sprint after they took away my Unlimited data saying I changed my plan and I never did. I paid the last bill off. and 4 months later I started getting calls from collections. this number Is for EOS CCA. after I blocked all the numbers a year went by and now I am getting calls from Southwest Credit also about the AT&T bill I paid. they are double dipping trying to get you to pay a bill you already paid. I have even sent them the last bill showing i have a 0 balance and the account is closed. but that was not good enough for them. They also put it on my credit report. I disputed it from my credit report and it shows that on my credit report but it still shows them as a bill that is in collections on my credit report. I don;t know what else to do to get them to go away.

Called relative, left inflametary message.I do not owe money.Cell provider willnot provide if you do not pay.

This number called me and did not leave any message. I do not trust this number.

I just received this bogus phone call and researched the number online. And reading the comments it is from "AT&T" which I do not have I have another provider other than AT&T so why in the world am I beeing bothered. This needs to stop immediatly, I am sick and tired of this. This is so unprofessional as you know what.

I received a call from the number they told me I owed a debt from my NEW married name I dont owe anything under that name. I told them to Never call again!!

When they called, I answered and was told to hold for a rep to come to the line. I hung up, called them back and got a rep. The guy was very nice when I told him it wasn't me. We will see if my number is actually removed from this other woman's account. I'm getting tired of having a recycled number from a person that owes so much money to so many companies all over the place.

Please stop calling me.. I am not who you want to talk to.

what up! oddly enough? they said that i owed them 400 dollars? when to pay? asap! but when i checked my account? it was clean and clear, i didnt know how they got my info. be careful! make sure you have documentation backing you up. theyll call every now and then. just dont pick up the phone, period.

Wow! WasI glad I googled EOS PCA and 877-244-9403!!! Thank you all for saving me from calling them back. Like all of you, I have no bad debts and couldn't figure out for the life of me who I supposedly owed money to. I hope others do the research as we did after receiving a call like this.

Received several calls did not pick up.The calling stopped.

This number called my business 32 times in a row between 9:23am and 9:55am. I come in at 10 but was here early. I answered the last call and got dead air. No further calls. My voicemail is full now with dead air calls from them. What a bunch of jack***es.

877.244.9403 Recycles old archived account balances that you have already paid in the past and somehow revives your old accounts and makes it so convincing & sounds like you have a new account that was just assigned to collections. Hell No you won't. Do Not believe that the "Account #" that they are asking you to reference when you return their call will be a legite number or not. This is a recycled Debt Collection Scam artist that will only take your $$$ and RUN!!!

They called and left message. I returned call and they are tryin to collect a bogus bill to Vonage from 2009.
Spoke to rep and Superviser. Tryign to get me to believe I had a debt from Vonage 3 years ago and they couldn't find me till now. Meanwhile I have the same ph# and address that I had when I left vonage in 2009.

I let them know it was bogus. Then they wanted to give me a discount on this Bogus debt.
The superviser finally hung up..

Got a call from this number with a message regarding some account #.  I called and the rep told me I owe money to Vonage from an accoung that ended in 2009. We had a discussion and then he brought his supervisor. His story was laimer than the rep. He said I couldn't be contacted for 3 over years even though I have the same phone # and address for the last 10 years.

They call every day and never leave a message.  It is annoying and a waste of everyone's time. They need to stop.

They said they were calling from AT&T to collect a debt.... Funny thing - I've never had anything from AT&T in my name - ever. Not even on my credit report. Make sure to report these guys for fraud!

Said the home office (of MCC) was in Norwenn, MA.

Same thing happened to me. I have no idea who this is and what they want. They asked for me and hung up.

Just received a call, didn't answer, didn't let them leave a message, and blocked them.  Easy peasy!  :)

Every time they call, I'll answer by saying, "Hello." and then its quit for 6seconds then they hang hp. Each and every time !!! It needs to stop!

Something is going on!!  Don't know about the rest of you, but just in the past 2 weeks, we have gotten over 25 different ph #'s, SCAMMERS , calling us, and some of them call up to 7 times a day EACH!  We just got this phone number a couple of months ago when we moved, and we made it Unlisted and Nonpublished!!  So we sure didn't expect this bombardment!  Thankfully we have CenturyLink which allows us to Block up to 25 #'s right from our keypad, and we also have a great Panasonic cordless phone which allows us to Block another 20 or so.

Also, CenturyLink has something called Security Screen which allows us to Block all Toll Free #'s, which is what about half of the Scammers use.  So that's a lot of Blocking going on.  But without the help of CenturyLink and the Panasonic cordless phones, we'd have to give up using Phones altogether and start using Walkie Talkies!

The number that they call is an AT&T number, but I use it as a forwarding number for Google Voice. Any caller that calls me on it, I know not to answer it because I don't give out the phone's actual number, I give out my Google Voice number. So far, I've had 4 collection agencies calling it, along with telemarketers calling *after* I put it (and the Google number) on the Do Not Call registry.
