Unusual activity - 3 texts in 2 days

I also got 3 text messages with 3 different phone numbers to call.  I called one and got a recording saying the number had been disconnected because of phishing activities.  I wonder how if I can block the text messages.

got phone call and 3 text messages to cell phone not a clue who Jefferson financial is! Dont have a accounts with them. Dont know how they got cell phone #.

got the same message. called the number, it asked for a 16-digit account number. have no idea who jefferson financial is.
