My mother, a stroke victim, was sucked into this scam too.  I closed her bank account so they no longer have access.  They called her yesterday to try to scam her out of more, but with me as her POA, she no longer has access to her account numbers to give to them.  They tell her they can't possibly talk to me, they'll only talk to her.  I tried to research them online, but they aren't there.  I tried to call them, but had the same luck as others reporting. Total scam.  Protect everyone from them.

I said nothing that was not truthful. You did take my money erroneously which caused my account to be overdrawned by $35.00. Are you going to return all of my money?

I have been trying to talk to someone at your business for about two days without success. Maybe you will respond now.  I asked you to withdraw $149.50 from my account on 8/30/2013, but you were in a hurry and took the money out before that date and caused my account to be in the negative. I told you I would not have any money in my account until the 30th. I now want you to cancel the order. I am going to my bank and have them to cancel the withdrawal for next month. I will also call the Better Business Bureau and report how I have been treated. All you had to do was answer my call or return my call. Thank you very much.

I am also very discusted.  Recently got a call saying that I needed to spend another $199.99 to become a life member and I have a life member card in my purse.  Can never get through on the number just an answering  service and no return calls.  I am also going to report them to my bank and have them do a follow up along with getting in touch with our local better business burerau so that they can in turn warn people before they are also scammed!!!

They took my dad for over 4,000 dollars. You call the service and no one answers or returns calls. When my dad was in the hospital, the service wouldn't call us or the hospital. Total scam. We call the number to try to talk to someone and nobody answers. Even during normal business hours. We are hiring a lawyer to take legal action. My dad is 80 years old and has dementia. We had no idea that he was sending all this money to them until it was too late. We will post on here how the lawsuit goes.

When you call the number you get a voicemail with no company name...just "customer service". Any legitimate organization would state their name. They must have called my mom. who has dementia' and talked her into giving her bank account number. Her bank account was charged 299.99. She doesn't remember giving it out.

I will be filling out a complaint with her bank and they will investigate.

Yep, they are still at it. Interestingly the guy that called my father was an a** when I wouldn't let him talk to dad.

yup - they are after my mom w/ Alzheimer's, too.  She's been ripped off several times recently.

They have bilked my mother out of 685.00 since June 2012. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund?
