Why does the number keep calling me !! This should be stopped.

I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST.  So who are these people?  I want them to stop calling me now and forever!

Same number about credit card rate reduction, they call often, i put them on my block list, hopefully they dont have 50 differents numbers.

Yes we too received a call from this 503 1956 number. We called it back and the operator states the number cannot be reached as dialed.
Makes one angry when a consumer (we who pay our phone bills) pays to NOT have this kind of call or blocking out numbers - yet these butheads get through to us anyway.

Same thing here in Ontario. Asked his name, George mumble, company - mumble, authorized M/,Visa mumble. Strong accent and a lot of background noise. I have gotten these calls before. Asked nicely to be taken off calling list. Was told "no". Hung up before I lost my temper. How come the credit card companies aren't stomping on these guys?

I have been getting at least 1 call per week for months. It's regarding Credit Card Interest. When I asked to be turned over to a supervisor - the idiot on the other end HANGS UP. This has happened on 2 other occasions. This is certainly a SCAM - otherwise, why would they hang up. The number has been reported to the Do Not Call List

Called twice today and hang up, when you call back it says it cannot be reached.

received phone call from this number in mid afternoon today. Have a directory with that phone number appearing for the x number of time in few days. Have open and hand up abrutly with hangryness making noise for the ears.

I just reported them to the CRTC. I'm on the do not call list, but have been getting calls from them repeatedly.

I get this call quite often. I just wish one part of the message was true: "This is your final notice." I've been receiving my final notice for a few years now.

Called twice within 2 minutes.  Pressed 1 and asked for information on the company, guy told me he gave me a fake name and to go ahead and report him, he'd wait.  
Called traced to Vernon, BC, said ADSL NO LOCAL on caller ID.  Have received many calls exactly like this with different numbers on caller ID.  On National Do Not Call List, and reported, but haven't heard anything back.

this number calls at least twice a week,wasting my phone minutes.  Will not put me on a do not call list.

Credit card scam. Tried to get my card numbers including the verification numbers on the back. Asked them nicely to take me off their call list and the East Indian told me to f.
F*** off and hung up on me. Go figure. Im going to have a nice juicy steak for supper. :-0

The above is a DO NOT CALL LIST.....put out by the government of Canada.  Go to the site, and fill it out and I believe you are there for 4 or 5 years.  There is a place there for you to report these frauds and scams.  It does do the world of good to get on the list.  But eventually, they do get around this and the calls do start again.  

You should all get together and when they ask for the 3 digits behind your credit card, give them the 911 number....should keep them busy for a while....You have nothing to lose unless your number behind your card is 911.  

I know that I am going to report these phone calls to the fraud department.  You do need the date of the call, the number it comes from, and I think (???)  your phone number.  (NOT SURE OF THE LAST ONE)

Keep getting calls, even though we are on the no call list!! Does this list actually do anything??

It's Boxing Day (Dec. 26) and I get a call from this number at approximately 4:00 pm MST. I didn't answer the phone but if it's true that this caller is from a telemarketer ---- it's a bit much, even for a holiday.

I recieved a call from adsl no local using the above number 12/26/12 at 2.45 pm

I kept getting calls something about my credit card, since I keep getting these calls I pressed one when prompted. Someone answered, I said I keep getting calls from this number could you remove my number from your database, then he started singing to me in Indian.  I hung up

I have been receiving calls from 250-503-1956 for several weeks.  I am on the DNCL and have reported each call - something about Interest on Visa.  This call came through again today from a man with an East Indian accent.  I asked to speak to his Manager, and he said he was the Manager.  I told him not to call me again and that I had reported these calls in the past.  He started cursing at me (can't print the words) and then hung up.  I do not have credit cards and would like to know how we can all find out who is calling and have it stopped.  Any suggestions?

When I talked to someone telling them to put me on their do not call list the just hang up. These people are a pain.  Credit card company.

I said take me off the list and the guy told me to go F myself. If I get charged for the call I'm complaining to Telus. I did report the number to the CRTC and I advise everyone to.

Asked to be removed and got hung up on. This has got to stop.

I just sent a formal complaint to CRTC....I tried phoning those f****rs back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Enough is enough....
