They are a collections company called Financial recovery Services or FRS. They collect for a debt buyer called Square 2 Financial (<-their debt buying name is CACH,LLC), but they may lso just be collecting directly for any of the original creditor previously mentioned - Citi (retail accnts), HSBC, GEMB, whatever.
