I called this number to day after getting a nasty message for someone else.  They answered ACS. When a human came on the line, I asked her to remove my number from their list and she said we don't call people from our office.  I told her THEIR number was left on the message for a return call.  She explained they are a law office and don't call people, so I asked WHY the number was left to call back.  I asked again to be removed or asked HOW to be removed.  She said I am obviously a "reference" for the person they're looking for.  I told her I had not seen that person in 20 years and to remove me.  She hung up on me.  I have a new number so I have no idea how they got it.  She said the PERSON gave it to them, which is impossible.  I think they use credit report information and linked me simply because my maiden name is her current last name.  RIDICULOUS harrassment when the calls are not for me.

They are ugly, threatening and gave two hours to call back.  But they are not looking for me.  They're looking for my ex-sisterinlaw.  She hasn't been married to my brother in over 25 years!  I don't know how they go my number, it's new!   Crazy.  I've asked and asked to remove my number.

This is a scam....  They are telling me I owe money and unless I pay today, I will be going to court within 3 days.   I saved: Bring it own man.  I'll go to court.  I know my credit is good.  I also know I didn't make any fraudulent checks like they are claiming.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!   DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION!   Tell them to mail you the information.... Which they claim they don't do.  That in it self is weird and sends up red flags....

Sorry.....25 years ago!

They keep calling my home looking for a gal that was married to my brother OVER 265 years ago.  The message was not to me but was quite nasty.  I get so many of these calls that I repeat my name and my husbands on our message and say, "if you're looking for ANYONE else, you have the wrong number."  I have repeatedly ask them to remove my number.  I don't know where she is, nor do I care.  HOW do they get my number?  It's a new number!

These people are being investigated and several law suits have just been filed this week. This company will scare you into paying a debt you don't owe or even if you do owe from a payday loan; they legally cannot collect on the debt. Please don't be afraid of their tactics. Just a few days ago, another scam company had several employees convicted of felonies and most were sentenced to 18 months in prison plus each employee convicted has to pay up to 60% of their saleries to the people they scammed until the money from the settlement is paid (most were suied for slander). Put it this way, most of the employees will be paying the rest of their lives. It's only a matter of time before this company, ACS, gets caught. The new scam warring came out on this company (authorities do know that this is not a new company, same people but different company name). Don't worry! Don't pay! These people will be caught...they all do!

Got the same call.  THey were threatening.  I asked the girl whether she was referring to gross or net money and she had no idea what that meant.  Asked for a supervisior - "he was with a client".  Asked for the person who called and was told "she is a process server" for my state.  Funny thing.. the girl I spoke with sounded just like the person who left the message.....I reported this number to The Consumer Protection Division of the State Attorney Generals Office.

theres another company called acs on these damn pay day loans....,jeez they are just as brutal as the last saying they will have sheriff come out in two hours if i dont set up an arrangement and then when u mention what laws are being broken they hung up. huh they don t like it when the shoe is on the other foot...come find me bi****s im waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
