These jerks have been calling me for a while.they called my mother saying I owe a bank 1300 dollars!!!!!!!! I then called the bank and they said it wasn't true.I then called the number immediately afterwards and I didn't even give them my name and the Guy said it and also gave me a case number I never mentioned. He then said it wasn't regarding a bank it was a payday loan that he could not hive me the name of.I asked him to send me a letter and he quickly placed me on hold and hung up.theses idiots have nothing better to do than harass hard working people

these freaks are stalking me and even my mom.said she would come arrest me at work and i laughed cause i work for the govt and have security.they even called my mom naes like "dummie"it's funny because my mom is a highly educated person with a great job. we dont even know how they got her number. i wish i knew where these peoples office was. they are the biggest freaks.

Got a threatening call saying I had a payday loan and they were going to serve me at work if I didnt make arrangements with them.  Never had a payday loan, they are running a scam!!!!!

I got a call from an unknown number, left a voicemail to call 877-251-9229 back saying they were a processor server in my county, and that they had three charges against me for breach of contract, worthless check, intent to defraud. They are saying they are calling for a online payday loan company. They said I had the option of settling the account out of court today for like $1400, or if I could at least pay something on it. I told them no, she said "well you are a grown up, you make your own decisions" "If you do not pay today, you will be served a summons at either your home or place of employment" She also said "they are with the FBI, & the call is being recorded in the FBI database"

They have called my cell like 20 times today, & called my place of employment like 4 times & talked to other people, other than me,  giving information that they shouldn't be

I am sure this is just a scam, they say the name of their company is "National"
Saying they are a pre litigation firm & third party mediation group
