I got a call from Ben Lee who said he was calling from AT&T and let me to upgrade my DSl service free. After completing the order, he didn't give me a confirmation number, but only the phone number 877-252-6117. I tried several times to call him back, however noboday answered the phone and I was put on hold for very long time. Then I called At&t, but I couldn't get a confirmation that Ben Lee called from At&t because there was no note or record for any change about my phone number in At&t.
I don't like to be cheated. I hope I can cancel the change and be contacted by Ben lee soon.
